    We are looking for more details on how each organization’s site might use this feature:

    1. What would you want to import from?
    2. What amount/type of information would you expect VirtualCallboard to import?
    3. How often do you want it o import?
    3a. Would it be a manual import?
    3b. Would you want to it to be a frequently scheduled import?

  2. Allow items to be viewed by people outside of my organization

    As a Site administrator: I would like to set some Items as public; this would allow people outside of my organization to see some of the items that I have available.

    Add the ability to switch between Color Code viewing

  6. Schedule a notification to go out at a future date/time

    Schedule "Notes & Emails" to go out on certain dates. This way I can schedule reminders of deadlines, to check their upcoming call dates and times, and etc.

  7. I would like an Audition feature that would allow users and guests to signup for slots.

    I was hoping the system would do is allow us to schedule audition times - a huge need for our company - it would be great to have an audition module where people could login with a temporary code and signup for an audition and enter their contact info. Anyone who is cast could be added to a production, and you could either delete everyone else, or download their names to migrate into your mailing list.

  8. Check multiple items -out by scanning the QR code (like a shopping cart).

    Add a "Multiple Item" Check -Out mode

    1) Set up the cart: Select the User, Production, and Return date.

    2) Scan the QR code of the desired item.
    a) Have a "Confirm" option appear. [Add to Cart/Next] [Add to Cart/Go to Check Out]
    [Ignore/Return to Scan].
    b) If the item has a quantity greater than one, prompt the user to decide how many
    they would like to check out.

    3) Once the [Add to Cart/Go to Check Out] is selected, display a list of all of the selected items. and the details of who the list is being Checked Out…

  9. Closing off conflicts and enabling a conflict approval workflow

    Managers can define an open time for entering conflicts. After a specific date for any given production, the manager should be required to approve new conflicts when entered by users.

  11. Fillable PDFs

    There should be the ability to add fillable pdf's that upon log-in to your account, the administrator can make it mandatory that the form be completed and submitted. Example: The SM has now created the photo release and needs everyone to sign in, so as opposed to printing 50 copies, he/she posts it to the callboard and the next time anyone logs in, they will be asked to complete it then and there with a digital signature.

  12. Consider having an option to show the end time of Calls, Month view.

    Perhaps it would be a toggle on function that each user had on their Schedule View, or a site parameter they could choose.

  13. Prevent users from adding conflicts

    Add the ability for the Site admin to turn off the Conflict Feature.
    Hide:
    -"Add Conflict" button
    -Hide "Conflict" call type from the site filter

  14. Text / SMS issues: We are looking at the possibility of changing or ending the text message feature.

    Our TXT messaging provider has instituted new restrictions which we are currently working to solve for. For now, I would recommend you ask your users to install our mobile app to receive the same notifications usually received by TXT as push notifications in the app.

    We are reviewing this service. We may close this feature, or need to add an additional charge for its use. We would like to get some feedback from our customers.

  18. Assign groups by roles (in addition to by contact), so that you can assign groups pre-casting.

  19. Add the ability to send a user a digest of their upcoming Calls

    The request we have heard is; as a Manager:
    A Manager would like to send out a digest list of specified Users' scheduled Calls. This would be a list of calls for a specific date.

    *Would you like the option to "Schedule" the time to email the desired users at a specific time?

  20. Add the ability to save filtered views of the schedule

    The default calendar view shows ALL "Call Types" and "Spaces." If you want to narrow down to specific Calls and/or Spaces, you can adjust the filters. If I want the come back to that search, I will need to reset the filter every time.

    Add the ability to save filtered views that I can come back to in the future.
