Calendar Import - I rough out my calendars in Outlook. Be great to be able to import calendars.

We are looking for more details on how each organization’s site might use this feature:
1. What would you want to import from?
2. What amount/type of information would you expect VirtualCallboard to import?
3. How often do you want it o import?
3a. Would it be a manual import?
3b. Would you want to it to be a frequently scheduled import?

2. Name of event, start & end date/time, location, people, notes
3. Once a week (start of week or end of week)
3a. Possibly both auto & manual

This would be a great feature. Here's my feedback:
1. Import from iCal and/or Google Calendar
2. Rehearsal Title, location, start and end time
3. (and 3a) Manual import at any time
3b. I don't think it would need to have any syncing capabilities; mostly I would use it because copying/pasting and repeating events in iCal and Google Calender is much quicker and easier -

Definitely a big fan of having an import. To help with some of your questions-
1) I know I would be using google calendar and outlook calendar
2) For an initial tool, even if it could just handle the Event Title, Time, and maybe Location that would be extremely helpful
3) Probably once a week, to update the VCB calendar at the start of the week for any new events since last week's import
3a) Automatic would be great, but manual would still be extremely helpful, and probably not that much of a hassle
3b) If it were automatic, then perhaps a more regular than once a week import would be useful
