Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

  1. Add the ability to show/export a CSV/print: the item’s description in the data table.

    User Story: On the Item Search and Check Out page (in the List View / Data Table) I want the option to display the information from the Items description field. This would be the raw text information, without tables or custom editing.

    You can view, export, and print this table.

  2. Keep history of completed reservations

    It would be great if completed reservations didn't disappear and stayed in a new 'history' tab so we can look at them to track trends.

  3. Items Not Used Report

    Would love to see a report of all items that were never checked out to adjust future rental needs.

  4. Add the ability to to edit a reservations (IN BULK) from the "Reservations" report

    As a manager, I would like to edit the reservations of multiple items at the same time.

  5. Add the ability to BULK edit reservations from the "Reservation" report page

    This would allow the editing of multiple reservations at the same time.
    - Consider how to handle reservations with different:
    Need by Dates, Need Until Dates, Available Quantities during the time frame, users reserving, productions.

  6. Add option to View Main Picture on Inventory Report

    This feature is AMAZINGLY helpful for pulling inventory. However, adding the option to have the Main Picture on Inventory Report print on the Inventory would be massively helpful.

    The report is ideal for pulling from Storage, but for those of us with decent size warehouses, multiple items that are similar but not visually the same, and have lousy cell phone reception in the warehouse....having a thumbnail of the picture attached would save time and usability of the report.

  8. Add the ability to create StageStock reports on all aspect of inventory

    Reporting on different fields such as:

    Category
    Condition
    Overall Inventory report with cover images
    Item History report with details such as:
    Date checked out (Done)
    ---On the ITEMS CHECKED OUT tab; give a list of the items checked out, you can see/sort/filter by this date.
    Quantity
    Date check in

  9. Add the ability to run a custom Report of the Current Inventory

    Need the ability to run a report of the items in the inventory; the user should be able to pick which fields should show. This would be in addition to the fields shown in the current list view. Examples:
    -Alterations
    -Condition
    -Date Acquired
    -Rental Value
    -Replacement Value

  10. I need the ability to run a report of the Quantity of a specific set if items.

    Need to be able to run report on the quantity in my inventory: Example.... I want to know how many ETC D40 LED PAR lights i have total in my lighting inventory.

    Currently the only way I can find to figure that out is to search for the tag ETC D40
    and manually count each one?
