Add the ability to required a user to enter a phone number
It would be nice to have the option to require at least one primary phone number from each user. It would be nice if it was required during the first time login.

Guardian accounts linked to user accounts
Currently guardians with multiple youth in a production have to log in and out multiple times to see each youth information. Would be beneficial to set up a Guardian account that allows individual user accounts to be associated with. The guardian can then add/edit address, phone, email, emergency contact info in one place that will apply for all linked accounts. Additionally guardian can manage individual conflicts, state name, bios, pictures from the one account.
Result allows family a single account to check/ manage everyone in production while production still has individual users in the production

Allow Administrators to Add Conflicts by Group/Department
When scheduling for secondary schools, I often know that students are shared by different performing groups. Example: 10 performers may be in both a cast and a show choir. I would like to be able to add a regular conflict to the schedule for all 10 so I know if I overlap, that conflict will pop up. Currently I have to do this for each student. I would like to have the option to make a production group that I can mass assign conflicts to.

- Go to the schedule and add a call.
- Scroll to the Call type line, click the gear icon to the right.
- Create a custom call type “Group Conflicts”
- You can now create a call for those groups of students.
- You will be able to filter by that call type, and those cas will flag as conflicts.

Create a check in/check out kiosk self service mode.
I would love the ability to set up an ipad as a kiosk that simply has a standard user account level access but is locked in a "self service" mode that is password protected and locked down. You would choose if you want to check things in or out and what production you would want to check them out to if thats the case then simply scan each item. The idea is that my students could check things out or in without having to learn how to navigate the full app and dig around for the proper check in area.

Add the ability to search for Availability based on Groups.
As a Manager, I would like to:
Search for the Availability of Groups of users, without having to select each user individually.3 votesThis feature has been partially available fo a while now. The availability selector is now using the same user/departments/groups/roles selector are we use for adding users to the call.
The user selector is working, but we are still trying to get the other section’s selectors to sub-select the users.

Have the ability to link Actor and Characters names to an item.
Especially in a University or Professional setting where you get to know the performers, it would be valuable to have something along the lines of "wearer history", by performer name or by being able to link measurement sheets. There are so many times when searching for the right garment you make connections of, "oh, this person wore it- then this person can wear it".

Simple Availability Mark
Make it so that when you are building a call and are at the list of people to add to the call, put a mark on each person indicating if they are available for the entire time selected. As simple as a red or green dot next to their name based on the already selected dates and times. Then you could see the usual detail when you selected "Find Available Users".

Add the ability for a site administrator to change the organizations default color of the organizations site.
Individual Site Admins could choose to change the Default Theme color of their specific VirtualCallboard/StageStock site session.

Add the ability for an Admin to customize the info that is displayed on the Item's Card View
As an Admin, I want to be able to determine (pick and choose) the info that is shown on the Card view. Some options are:

-Category
-Quantity Available #/# (similar to the detail view)

It would be good to have a shorter version of a daily call when printing.
Because we don't want people in rehearsal checking their phones for the next call is there a way to have the printed version of a daily call formatted to take up fewer pages?

Add the ability to checkout a reservation from the item page.
We are adjusting the Reservation feature to allow the bundling of multiple items under one collection a "Named Reservation."
-We are looking into how to best implement this with the new feature.
