Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

  1. Add the ability to add files in the VirtualCallboard App.

    While in the App, you should have the ability to upload files to FileShare.
    This would match the web browser workflow.

  2. Allow adding items to a reservation from within the StageStock app

    Currently, adding an item to a reservation can only be done from the web version - the mobile app doesn't support this. Related to existing idea 'Add Reservation list viewing to the APP,' which covers viewing reservations in the app but not adding to them.

  3. Checkbox-based tag picker UI

    Use a checkbox-based picker for selecting tags, similar to the existing pattern used for selecting users in Groups.

  4. Granular tag permission: allow adding existing tags without allowing new tag creation

    Split tag permissions so a user can be allowed to apply existing tags without being able to create new ones.

  7. Allow adding items to a reservation after the need-by/pickup time has passed

    Multiple customers have independently requested this - currently items can't be added to a same-day reservation once the pickup/need-by time passes, even when it would still be valid to do so.

  8. I would love to be able to remove a single person from a Call who was initially added as part of a group

    Currently when I add a group to a call, if I want to remove a single person from the call who was initially added as part of a group, I can't do it. Would love to be able to remove people who were added as part of the group!

    Customers migrating from other systems have asked for a general operations walkthrough video (e.g. navigating the homepage, categories, core workflows) to share with their team, since the system is currently taught mainly via live screen-shares.
