Enhancement request: Add a site-wide parameter that can limit the hours of the day shown
In the day and weekly grid views, I'd like to set the times to set the start and end times shown.
ex: 9 am to 11:59 pm.

Text / SMS issues: We are looking at the possibility of changing or ending the text message feature.
Our TXT messaging provider has instituted new restrictions which we are currently working to solve for. For now, I would recommend you ask your users to install our mobile app to receive the same notifications usually received by TXT as push notifications in the app.
We are reviewing this service. We may close this feature, or need to add an additional charge for its use. We would like to get some feedback from our customers.

Bulk check in via scanner similar to checking out.
On the items checked out page. Add a button that is a bulk scan check in that I can just scan tags and it either select it on the list for me or check it in automatically. This would save lots of time when checking in an entire production but still want to handle each piece one by one. Ideally when I scan the item, it would display the item location until scanning the next item then it would display that items location. This would keep the amount of button presses/mouse interactions minimal.

Create a check in/check out kiosk self service mode.
I would love the ability to set up an ipad as a kiosk that simply has a standard user account level access but is locked in a "self service" mode that is password protected and locked down. You would choose if you want to check things in or out and what production you would want to check them out to if thats the case then simply scan each item. The idea is that my students could check things out or in without having to learn how to navigate the full app and dig around for the proper check in area.

Issue on the Item Search page: More navigation pages are showing than there are results.
The page navigation at the bottom of the search page should show only the number of pages that have results.

Revise the Attendance Display/Export
-Set ranges based on days & times, productions, call types, or groups
-Needs to account for double scheduling (If a call overlaps another call, only count the time once).

Add the ability to view videos in the VirtualCallboard app.
This would be similar to the website function. Is it possible to add a player that would allow the user to play YouTube and Vimeo videos that are inserted into an Announcement, Note, or Report?

Move to a single EmptySpace login, verses individual site login.
We are considering creating a single login that will allow for one user account that can be used for multiple sites. This would allow the users to toggle between sites. This would also allow the user to only have to update their contact information globally.

Create a way to always see that a call was created as an Open Call
I'd also like to be able to tell if a call was created as an Open Call even if it's been filled.

As a manager: I’d like to see an indicator in the schedule views, that shows a call is/was created as an Open Call
The would allow the user to see that the call is set as open, without having to go to the Call Detail page.

Contact Sheet: Add the ability for administratods for a production to view the user's Permission Level.
When the admin switches to a production, allow them the option to display a column to display tat production's users assigned permission levels.

Add a bulk delete for notes and announcements.
I have notes going all the way back to 2016. But to remove them, I have to open, delete, then return to the Notes page.

Add the ability to show/export a CSV/print: the item’s description in the data table.
User Story: On the Item Search and Check Out page (in the List View / Data Table) I want the option to display the information from the Items description field. This would be the raw text information, without tables or custom editing.
You can view, export, and print this table.

Reservations: Add the ability to make a comment on individual Items
When I add an item to a reservation, I want the ability to add a specific comment "note" on each of the items.
An example is to make a request to alter the item.
0 votes- Do you imagine this as an additional comment to the existing one that is attached to the reservation as a whole?
- Where is the hope to have these notes visible: In the item’s history section under the reservation? As an option for the reservation’s items detail list data table? Or both?
- Do you envision that this single item comment would default as an option when the item is checked out? If this is in addition to the current reservation comment, do you imagine that both comments would be available to the item when checked out? (The current system design defaults to keep the reservation’s comment as the comment for checkout. That can be changed as part of the checkout workflow).

Add the feature to view all users conflicts in a list format with a details box to make notes on replacements/fill-ins
1 voteI think this might be multiple tasks here are a few questions about the goals of this idea:
- Currently you can go to Schedule> Conflicts, and see all of a user’s conflicts (in a table) within the range af times you set. Are you wanting to have the ability to select and see multiple users at the same time? (You can filter the schedule to show a range of users and their conflicts in calendar form.)
- Is the goal to compare the users availability for a given time? hat way you can possibly use an available person to fill in for the person with the conflict?
- The request to have a place too add comments; is that to add a note associated to an individual conflict?
- Are you thinking that note is just visible in the table or also on the conflict detail?
- Is your thought the conlict’s user would…
