Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

  1. View Archives

    When I click "View Archive" of a production, I should be taken to the "User Admin page, and the Production should be filtered to that Production.

  2. Deactivated Users

    Need the ability to view and edit deactivated users info. Often times I receive a new address for a previous user, that we may use in the future. It would be helpful if we could update their contact info, without reactivating them.

    I think there should be a second data table that lists all of the Deactivated users. (Do away with the current Reactivated workflow.

  3. There needs to be a way to merge or delete users that have accidentally been added to the system twice.

    If I accidentally add a user to the system twice, there is no way to get rid of the second un wanted user. I would like the ability to merge one of the profiles with the other one, that way there is only one profile.

    Add a column to the User Admin Table: List "Last Updated." This should be the last time the Profile was updated.

  7. Prevent from adding a user twice.

    When adding a new user, have the system search for existing users. This will help prevent adding a user twice. This should use the same logic that is used when adding users via CSV.

  10. Add a Messaging feature, that would allow users to have a conversation with their fellow site users.

    -It might be helpful to see who is online- a chat feature like Facebook

    -Maybe a chat room like in ‘Crew App.’

  11. Track hourly pay

    Add a new product that works with the VirtualCallboard schedule.

    Have the ability to create roles that have a Hourly rate.

    This would allow users to be assigned to a call based on their role/ hourly rate.

    The wee ports can then calculate the amount of money the user is untitled to based on the jobs they did.

  13. Windows keeps going back to page 1 in lists

    I was using the system and I realized that when using a windows machine with any browser (Chrome, IE, Firefox), when I am looking at a page in File Sharing, Inventory, etc, when I close a window or hit the back button it automatically sends me to page one of the listing. However, on an Ipad or Iphone if I am viewing a file or item on page three of those lists, when I exit the file view it returns me to the last page of the list I was looking at. It would be infinitely helpful and less frustrating…

  16. Image Headers for Rehearsal Reports

    Customizable Headers for Rehearsal Reports! We are required to include the UA Theatre and Dance Header for legality in our department, but right now there is no way to do so online. This is keeping us from fully switching over from g-mail and google drive. Also, custom notifications??

  17. On the Conflict page: Add the ability to see all of a User's Unavailability.

    On the Conflicts page: Show the User's Calls as well as their Conflicts. As a Manager/Admin, I use this page to see if users are free or not. Currently, there is no way to easily see a single user's scheduled activities.

    This should also display Calls for Productions I am not involved with. In those situations, It should show the details in this table, but not allow me to get to the detail modal. (Similar to "Private Conflicts")

  20. Is it possible to be able to attach a link under file sharing - for instance a video, or google doc...

    Would like to attach a link to working document (google sketch) or a video (youtube) but have them sorted and contained under file sharing.
