Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

  2. Add the ability to display conflicting calls on the call details page.

  3. Note/Email Signatures

    Our company uses specific email signatures with company branding and it would be useful to be able to add that to the notes/emails.

  4. Add the ability to collapse the recipients list in the VirtualCallboard App

    This function should apply to the "Notes" feature. Or move the Recipients list below the message, This would be similar to the Reports feature in the App.

    I think this might be multiple tasks here are a few questions about the goals of this idea:

    1. Currently you can go to Schedule> Conflicts, and see all of a user’s conflicts (in a table) within the range af times you set. Are you wanting to have the ability to select and see multiple users at the same time? (You can filter the schedule to show a range of users and their conflicts in calendar form.)
    2. Is the goal to compare the users availability for a given time? hat way you can possibly use an available person to fill in for the person with the conflict?
    3. The request to have a place too add comments; is that to add a note associated to an individual conflict? 
    4. Are you thinking that note is just visible in the table or also on the conflict detail?
    5. Is your thought the conlict’s user would…

  7. Search by last checked out date

    We want to go through and clean out our inventory. It would be great to be able to search/filter items by when they were last checked out.

  8. Allow partial quantity check-ins for multi-quantity Check-outs

    Currently, when an item with a quantity greater than one is checked out (e.g., 4 speakers), all units must be checked back in together.

    Users would like the ability to check in part of the quantity without having to fully check in and then re-check out remaining items.

    *Example use case
    -4 speakers checked out for one month
    -Only 3 are used
    -User wants to return 1 speaker early without affecting the remaining 3

    *Current limitation
    -Must check in all 4
    -Then re-check out 3, creating unnecessary steps and potential confusion

  9. Allow adding items to a reservation after the need-by/pickup time has passed

    Multiple customers have independently requested this - currently items can't be added to a same-day reservation once the pickup/need-by time passes, even when it would still be valid to do so.

  13. Allow adding items to a reservation from within the StageStock app

    Currently, adding an item to a reservation can only be done from the web version - the mobile app doesn't support this. Related to existing idea 'Add Reservation list viewing to the APP,' which covers viewing reservations in the app but not adding to them.

  14. I would love to be able to remove a single person from a Call who was initially added as part of a group

    Currently when I add a group to a call, if I want to remove a single person from the call who was initially added as part of a group, I can't do it. Would love to be able to remove people who were added as part of the group!

  19. Link one or more Reports to one or more Calls

    It would be useful to be able to go into a call and see the reports associated with that call. It would also be nice to go into the reports and be able to link directly to the calls they were associated with.

    It would be great to have the attendance records, auto fill.
