Currently a report filed by one team member (e.g. an assistant) can't be edited by others who should have permission to do so.

Link a Report directly from the discussion email notification
When a discussion post references a Report, the emailed notification should include a direct link to that Report, not just a link to the site.

Relocate the [Delete Report] button
Remove the [Delete Report] button from the view report page.
Move the button to the Edit Report page. This will be similar to the Call Delete work flow.

Customize Report Font style
The request is to change the Font style of all of the data fields for an entire Report template rather than just in each field.

Image Headers for Rehearsal Reports
Customizable Headers for Rehearsal Reports! We are required to include the UA Theatre and Dance Header for legality in our department, but right now there is no way to do so online. This is keeping us from fully switching over from g-mail and google drive. Also, custom notifications??

VirtualCallboard Report Previews need to be more consistent to the formatting that is sent out.
Sometimes the preview will display double spacing between lines, when they show as single in the typing fields (create/edit mode). When the Report email is received, the single spacing is maintained.

Delete Report Draft
There needs to be a way to delete a Report Draft.

Link one or more Reports to one or more Calls
It would be useful to be able to go into a call and see the reports associated with that call. It would also be nice to go into the reports and be able to link directly to the calls they were associated with.
It would be great to have the attendance records, auto fill.

Add the ability to set a repeat function for the "Printer" view of a Report's production and title
It could be a print option.

Customize VCB Reports with footer/header.
If there was an option for custom text to be entered in a header/footer section such as a disclaimer or message that may need to go out with certain reports, page numbers, etc., that would be great!

Report Template: Custom Fields
As a manager I would like more flexibility when adding Fields to my reports:
-The ability to choose the width of the fields you use
--full width (single column)
--two fields side by side (two columns)
-Be able to alternate the fields, by rows (single row, double row, single row, etc.)
-The ability to add as many rows of fields as you need (currently some users don't have enough fields)1 voteWe are looking for feedback from current users to help define the desired needs of custom fields.
