Add the ability to required a user to enter a phone number
It would be nice to have the option to require at least one primary phone number from each user. It would be nice if it was required during the first time login.

I agree, requiring email, phone number, address & emergency contact would be extremely helpful for my organization. We are trying to replace our current cast database with VCC.

I would also add requiring an address as well.
