Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

  1. Image Headers for Rehearsal Reports

    Customizable Headers for Rehearsal Reports! We are required to include the UA Theatre and Dance Header for legality in our department, but right now there is no way to do so online. This is keeping us from fully switching over from g-mail and google drive. Also, custom notifications??

  3. Add a Video viewer to VCB

    It would be useful if there was a video viewer in VCB. This would be similar to the PDF and Image viewers.

  4. On Contact sheets: have the User's name linked to the profile page.

    Users with the Permission to edit Other's Profiles, should be able to access the profiles from the contact sheet.

  5. On the User's profile page: Add the ability to also manage a user's assignment to Receive the message to Management/Notifications.

  6. It would be nice if clicking on the parent folder would automatically reveal the specific sub-folders.

    When a user clicks on the main folder "Production Designs, you would like the sub-folder list to automatically expand.
    -It would expand to show the "Sets" folder without clicking the arrow.
    -If the user clicked the open arrow, the sub-folders would be hidden.

  7. Include names of recipients in sent messages

    When sending Notes and Discussions, it would be good to have an option for including the names of who the note was sent to so the recipients can know who else got the note.

  8. Add a permission that allows a user to view other indivdual's Schedule.

    As a user with this permission, I would have to option to choose a specific user to view:
    1) All of their calls in a specific production. If I have the Admin "Show All Productions" permission, I should be able to see all of their calls.
    2) All of their Conflicts.

  10. Add the ability to save some "Groups" as global, which will allow them to be used for all productions.

  13. Add the ability to create StageStock reports on all aspect of inventory

    Reporting on different fields such as:

    Category
    Condition
    Overall Inventory report with cover images
    Item History report with details such as:
    Date checked out (Done)
    ---On the ITEMS CHECKED OUT tab; give a list of the items checked out, you can see/sort/filter by this date.

    Date check in

  14. Make the calendar searchable

    I would like to be able to search for specific items on the schedule so that if they get moved (or I put the wrong date in to start with and then can't find it) they are easy to find and edit.

  16. Add the ability to run a custom Report of the Current Inventory

    Need the ability to run a report of the items in the inventory; the user should be able to pick which fields should show. This would be in addition to the fields shown in the current list view. Examples:
    -Alterations
    -Condition
    -Date Acquired
    -Rental Value
    -Replacement Value

  18. Add the ability to list the users that are auditioning, and give them a score.

    Audition tab where audition info per auditionee can be listed, as well as a scoring system in place and ideas from directors listed

  19. Add an optional "Measurments" tab to the user's profile

    Costume tab that allows each user to have their measurements stored.

  20. Create a living script that the Director and/or Stage Managers published notes would be available to the production's users.

    Maybe a place to see director’s script or stage manger’s script for blocking notes, so if someone misses rehearsal, there is a way to get those
