Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.

    Discussions: add ability to search and choose files from thumbnails, in addition to check box list.

  2. Dismissed early option for attendance

    When entering attendance, I would like to ability to mark someone as Dismissed early (include time). I would also like the option for the system to subtract the time from total worked (Don't count it as unexcused). their working hours.

  3. I want to see when a user's account was created.

    It would be great to see when a user was created: Date and Time. I think the information should be listed on the User's profile page, under the "Last Login" information.

    This would be nice for knowing how long the person has been a user.

  5. Colors selection for the schedule

    There needs to be a way to set different colors for the static call types: Deadlines, Fittings, and Conflicts.

  7. Free Calls need an indication showing that it is not an event to attend.

    When looking at a Call that is set to "Free", add an indication to the Call Detail view that indicates the time is "Free."

  8. Add a button to duplicate "All Fields"

    When duplicating an item, there should be a button that allows me to add "All Fields."

    Clicking all three boxes (Condition, Images, Non-Image Files) takes a while, when I am adding many of the same time.

    Example: lighting instruments.

  9. Need to be able to add Contacts to more than one Contact Type.

    Add the ability to assign a "Vendor" to more than one "Contact Type."

    Could it be converted to "Tags"?

  10. Add the ability for a user to choose which Tab will be the first page after Login.

    The user can choose a Tab other than the Homepage to be the default landing page.

    ex: When I login to my VirtualCallboard account, I want to be first taken to the schedule.

  11. Need the ability to add Maintenance notes to an item in the inventory

    Add Maintenance notes:

    -Without editing the whole item and "Adding History"
    or
    -Checking it out to Maintenance.

  13. Change a batch of calls all at the same time

    It would be really helpful to change select and change multiple existing calls all at the same time. For instance, if I need to add someone to or adjust the time of every Tuesday rehearsal right now, I have to change them one by one, which takes a long time.

  14. As a Manager, I would like the ability to send out a Meeting request

    I want the ability to send a meeting request which the invitees have the ability to respond with yes or no I can attend. (This is different than an Open Call)

  15. Link one or more Reports to one or more Calls

    It would be useful to be able to go into a call and see the reports associated with that call. It would also be nice to go into the reports and be able to link directly to the calls they were associated with.

    It would be great to have the attendance records, auto fill.

  16. Have the ability to set called users to a "Not Required" state.

    This setting would be good for inviting Designers to a run that they do not have to attend.

  17. Saving Notes as Drafts

    It would be great if there were a way to save drafts of Notes before they are sent out. As it currently is when you open a note, if you click out of the popup, it gets rid of your progress. If it saved the draft (either automatically or manually by the user), it would be extremely helpful.

  19. Direct messaging from their profile.
