Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Add the ability to set a repeat function for the "Printer" view of a Report's production and title

    It could be a print option.

  2. Add two "Date Picker" fields to the User Profile page.

    As an Administrator, I would like the option to add date fields to the user profile page.

    1. Birthdate (Birthday)
    2. Hire/Start date

    -These fields should be Site Optional (Admins decide if they want them)
    -Admins need the option to set these fields as required or optional.
    -The admin should be able to lock these fields so the User can't change it (hire/start date).
    -Need the ability to set this info as Private (managers, admins and the user can see it); maybe only the user and Admins can see it.

  3. Create a User ID Contact sheet

    In the Card Format of User production, there are weird gaps in the formatting. It would be nice to also be able to have a printer friendly version of it to give out to people.

  4. Add the ability to share a File with multiple productions, but not with ALL Productions.

    As a Manager or Admin, I would like the ability to upload a single file to multiple Productions. I would like to be able to pick the productions that I share it with, not just share it with "All Productions."

    Currently when share with "All Productions" the file is shared with All current, and future productions. This is not the option I am looking for.

  5. Add a sort option for the inventories "Card View"

    It would be helpful is the user can choose how to view the items. Sort by:
    -Item number
    -Item name
    -Date entered
    -Date acquired
    -Date last modified

  6. Search Bar

    Search Bar would be nice that allows you to find every entry with a keyword no matter it's type (Call Entry, Discussion Board, Announcement)

  8. As a Manager/Admin, I would like a button on the "User Profile" page that allows me to save a change move to the next User in the list.

    This would be especially when you have number of people returning; and you need to assign everyone to new productions and roles.

  11. Add the ability to assign ALL current and future production users to a Discussion.

    This would allow new users to be added as Discussion participants, without needing to edit the users.

    Export the info as Text would be even better because I could copy and paste easier into excel.

  15. Add the ability to BULK edit reservations from the "Reservation" report page

    This would allow the editing of multiple reservations at the same time.
    - Consider how to handle reservations with different:
    Need by Dates, Need Until Dates, Available Quantities during the time frame, users reserving, productions.

  16. Keep Me Logged in/New Password issue.

    When Resetting a user's password, the system should disengage the "Keep me logged in " setting. We need to make sure people are not getting trapped with the new password.

  17. Improve the experience of viewing/reading Notes/Messages

    Open the mail in another tab (or Modal), so you do not to have to scroll down to see it- maybe be able to customize what we see on the dashboard (opens up to show the message).
