Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Add a permission that allows a user to view other indivdual's Schedule.

    As a user with this permission, I would have to option to choose a specific user to view:
    1) All of their calls in a specific production. If I have the Admin "Show All Productions" permission, I should be able to see all of their calls.
    2) All of their Conflicts.

  2. Add the ability to save some "Groups" as global, which will allow them to be used for all productions.

  5. Add the ability to create StageStock reports on all aspect of inventory

    Reporting on different fields such as:

    Category
    Condition
    Overall Inventory report with cover images
    Item History report with details such as:
    Date checked out (Done)
    ---On the ITEMS CHECKED OUT tab; give a list of the items checked out, you can see/sort/filter by this date.

    Date check in

  6. Make the calendar searchable

    I would like to be able to search for specific items on the schedule so that if they get moved (or I put the wrong date in to start with and then can't find it) they are easy to find and edit.

  7. Add the ability to import/display the standard US holidays. This would b similar to the ones displayed by Google.

  9. Add the ability to list the users that are auditioning, and give them a score.

    Audition tab where audition info per auditionee can be listed, as well as a scoring system in place and ideas from directors listed

  10. Add an optional "Measurments" tab to the user's profile

    Costume tab that allows each user to have their measurements stored.

  11. Create a living script that the Director and/or Stage Managers published notes would be available to the production's users.

    Maybe a place to see director’s script or stage manger’s script for blocking notes, so if someone misses rehearsal, there is a way to get those

  12. Add a Messaging feature, that would allow users to have a conversation with their fellow site users.

    -It might be helpful to see who is online- a chat feature like Facebook

    -Maybe a chat room like in ‘Crew App.’

  14. Quick Directors'/Managers' Notes

    As a director, I would like a quick way to enter my notes into the system and specify which users or groups are to receive that note. Some kind of predictive text entry would be best so that during a tech or run I can quickly input a note, the quickly create a new line without taking my hands off the keyboard.

    Maybe a tagging system to attach the users?

  17. Track hourly pay

    Add a new product that works with the VirtualCallboard schedule.

    Have the ability to create roles that have a Hourly rate.

    This would allow users to be assigned to a call based on their role/ hourly rate.

    The wee ports can then calculate the amount of money the user is untitled to based on the jobs they did.

    What do you think of having a dropdown at the top of the page, that allows the user to “Quick Add” things to the system.

    *This could be expanded to include:
    -Announcements
    -Discussions
    -Notes
    -Calls (remove from the dashboard)
    -Conflicts (remove from the Dashboard)
    -Upload File
    -File Report
    -Users
    -Productions

    [All based on the user’s permissions]

  19. VirtualCallboard Report Previews need to be more consistent to the formatting that is sent out.

    Sometimes the preview will display double spacing between lines, when they show as single in the typing fields (create/edit mode). When the Report email is received, the single spacing is maintained.
