Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

  1. Add the ability to set a new "Temporary" Location. Need to save the original location, so it can be returned.

  2. Windows keeps going back to page 1 in lists

    I was using the system and I realized that when using a windows machine with any browser (Chrome, IE, Firefox), when I am looking at a page in File Sharing, Inventory, etc, when I close a window or hit the back button it automatically sends me to page one of the listing. However, on an Ipad or Iphone if I am viewing a file or item on page three of those lists, when I exit the file view it returns me to the last page of the list I was looking at. It would be infinitely helpful and less frustrating…

  4. Add the ability for a Category's Manager/Admin to set a notification when Items are checked out of the system.

  5. Add the ability to run a custom Report of the Current Inventory

    Need the ability to run a report of the items in the inventory; the user should be able to pick which fields should show. This would be in addition to the fields shown in the current list view. Examples:
    -Alterations
    -Condition
    -Date Acquired
    -Rental Value
    -Replacement Value

  7. Schedule a notification to go out at a future date/time

    Schedule "Notes & Emails" to go out on certain dates. This way I can schedule reminders of deadlines, to check their upcoming call dates and times, and etc.

  8. Track hourly pay

    Add a new product that works with the VirtualCallboard schedule.

    Have the ability to create roles that have a Hourly rate.

    This would allow users to be assigned to a call based on their role/ hourly rate.

    The wee ports can then calculate the amount of money the user is untitled to based on the jobs they did.

  9. Planned item maintenance

    Add the Ability for a StageStock manager to add a Maintenance Reminder. This would let the user set a time and date that a reminder to do maintenance. It should be something that is visible on the item view, that way users can see if there is an upcoming maintenance to do.

    Also have the ability to search for
    -upcoming maintenance
    - overdue maintenance

  10. Put an "File Report" button on the Dashboard

    It would be helpful to have a way to quickly Add a Report, without having to go to the Report page.

    What do you think of having a dropdown at the top of the page, that allows the user to “Quick Add” things to the system.

    *This could be expanded to include:
    -Announcements
    -Discussions
    -Notes
    -Calls (remove from the dashboard)
    -Conflicts (remove from the Dashboard)
    -Upload File
    -File Report
    -Users
    -Productions

    [All based on the user’s permissions]

  11. VirtualCallboard Report Previews need to be more consistent to the formatting that is sent out.

    Sometimes the preview will display double spacing between lines, when they show as single in the typing fields (create/edit mode). When the Report email is received, the single spacing is maintained.

  13. Allow items to be viewed by people outside of my organization

    As a Site administrator: I would like to set some Items as public; this would allow people outside of my organization to see some of the items that I have available.

    This has always been a long range plan for StageStock. We are trying to see how important it is to our subscribers. If you would like this feature, please vote and leave comments on how much information you think should be shared.

  14. The application needs open APIs so I can integrate it with other web services

    Open a set of developer APIs that could be used with services (like Zapier) to integrate with other web services.

  15. Add the ability to list the users that are auditioning, and give them a score.

    Audition tab where audition info per auditionee can be listed, as well as a scoring system in place and ideas from directors listed

  16. Add an optional "Measurments" tab to the user's profile

    Costume tab that allows each user to have their measurements stored.

  17. Improve the experience of viewing/reading Notes/Messages

    Open the mail in another tab (or Modal), so you do not to have to scroll down to see it- maybe be able to customize what we see on the dashboard (opens up to show the message).

  18. Add the ability to add Multiple bios

    This would allow users to have bios for the different aspects of what the do for a company.

  19. Create a living script that the Director and/or Stage Managers published notes would be available to the production's users.

    Maybe a place to see director’s script or stage manger’s script for blocking notes, so if someone misses rehearsal, there is a way to get those

  20. Add a Messaging feature, that would allow users to have a conversation with their fellow site users.

    -It might be helpful to see who is online- a chat feature like Facebook

    -Maybe a chat room like in ‘Crew App.’
