Edit Reservation from Reservation Page
I would like to see an "Edit Reservation" button when I'm already looking inside a reservation.

Ability to export all calls in a schedule to excel to supply dates and times to make facilities reservations.
I would like to export all calls to excel so that I can quickly generate a list of all rehearsals/show times/dates to make sure that our facilities are reserved correctly.

Keep history of completed reservations
It would be great if completed reservations didn't disappear and stayed in a new 'history' tab so we can look at them to track trends.

Add only available items to a reservation from the reservation page.
When looking inside a reservation it would be ideal to have a copy of the Search and Check Out module underneath, that ONLY showed items available during the reservation I'm looking at.

Bundle items for check out. Like if you check out a Canon Camcorder it will come with (also check out) a battery pack, a lens hood etc.

Send open calls schedule in addition to closed call schedule
Using the "send schedules" button, it would be helpful if we could choose to send out a list of open calls, not just closed calls. Currently, if you use the "send schedule" function, you can only send out closed calls. I use this site for event staffing and it would be helpful to send out a list of open calls that haven't been covered yet.

Open Calls - Allow crew to find someone to cover their shift
Workers frequently need to find someone to cover their shifts. They text, email, and use Callboard's communication function to find someone.
Some people will report who is covering, some won't, and others can't find a replacement and assume that I am working on it.
Idea: an option on a worker's call that allows them to post the shift as open. And then if someone takes it, they can accept it like an open call.

Outside User / Customer
I want the ability to create a user that can access the inventory items and can check something out to and can be assigned to StageStock production. I don't want them to have access to my vendors/outside contacts.

Some some indication an item is reserved in the list view for the item(s)
It would be great to see in the list view what items are already marked for a reservation with a date range.

Sort Item By ID Numeric Value
Similar to how you select a Barcode Option for your items, we should be able to select an ID code format: (Alpha, Alphanumeric, Numeric) so that when we are strictly using Numeric, the item ID's can sort correctly in List View.

Simple Availability Mark
Make it so that when you are building a call and are at the list of people to add to the call, put a mark on each person indicating if they are available for the entire time selected. As simple as a red or green dot next to their name based on the already selected dates and times. Then you could see the usual detail when you selected "Find Available Users".

Guardian accounts linked to user accounts
Currently guardians with multiple youth in a production have to log in and out multiple times to see each youth information. Would be beneficial to set up a Guardian account that allows individual user accounts to be associated with. The guardian can then add/edit address, phone, email, emergency contact info in one place that will apply for all linked accounts. Additionally guardian can manage individual conflicts, state name, bios, pictures from the one account.
Result allows family a single account to check/ manage everyone in production while production still has individual users in the production

Would love to see a report of all items that were never checked out to adjust future rental needs.

Table-view when planning recurring Closed Calls
A table of all dates and users when planning recurring Closed Calls. Makes it easier to organize.

Edit call details or users independently
Allow editing of call name, time, place etc and adding and removing of users to call to be independent.
1 voteIf you edit a call, the “Assigned Users” do not change. Even with Open Calls, the site remembers the users that wers invited, and if the accepted/were signed up for the call.
Is there something else you are looking for? If so, can we get more details?
