Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

    Search Bar would be nice that allows you to find every entry with a keyword no matter it's type (Call Entry, Discussion Board, Announcement)

  2. Create a User ID Contact sheet

    In the Card Format of User production, there are weird gaps in the formatting. It would be nice to also be able to have a printer friendly version of it to give out to people.

  3. Add the ability to share a File with multiple productions, but not with ALL Productions.

    As a Manager or Admin, I would like the ability to upload a single file to multiple Productions. I would like to be able to pick the productions that I share it with, not just share it with "All Productions."

    Currently when share with "All Productions" the file is shared with All current, and future productions. This is not the option I am looking for.

  4. Add the ability to search for Availability based on Groups.

    As a Manager, I would like to:
    Search for the Availability of Groups of users, without having to select each user individually.

  5. Add a sort option for the inventories "Card View"

    It would be helpful is the user can choose how to view the items. Sort by:
    -Item number
    -Item name
    -Date entered
    -Date acquired
    -Date last modified

  7. As a Manager/Admin, I would like a button on the "User Profile" page that allows me to save a change move to the next User in the list.

    This would be especially when you have number of people returning; and you need to assign everyone to new productions and roles.

  8. Add the ability to assign ALL current and future production users to a Discussion.

    This would allow new users to be added as Discussion participants, without needing to edit the users.

    Export the info as Text would be even better because I could copy and paste easier into excel.

  17. Send a notification email/text/notification for calls at a specified period of time before the start time.

    This would allow the Manager the ability to set the reminder time based on their desired warning time.
