Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

  2. Who's who in my Production

    To avoid repetition, the provision of a "family tree of hierarchy " for the production that interactively searches the User data and allows the selected Devils to be posted on the "Tree". If selected as a Home page, the user could use it to tap/click-to-message person(s) swipe a particular person to see their schedule, contact details etc, tap to dial a number, review their profile etc. Just pictographing yet an otherwise arduous task of trawling through the contacts to see who the Producers are, or the Company Physio etc. All levels can click to add/delete and hovering over the HoDs…

  3. Customize VCB Reports with footer/header.

    If there was an option for custom text to be entered in a header/footer section such as a disclaimer or message that may need to go out with certain reports, page numbers, etc., that would be great!

  4. Add a Calendar to the Dashboard that bolds the dates that the user has scheduled Conflicts and Calls

    Things we are considering:
    -Display the current month on the dashboard
    -Shade out the days that have passed
    -Bold the days that have Calls and Calls that the user is scheduled for
    -Put a box around the current day's date, or fill the box with blue (similar to what we do with the current schedules, calendar picker
    -Each day's date links to that day.
    -Have the ability to change the month shown: <Previous< & >Next>

  6. Add the ability to set a repeat function for the "Printer" view of a Report's production and title

  7. Add two "Date Picker" fields to the User Profile page.

    As an Administrator, I would like the option to add date fields to the user profile page.

    1. Birthdate (Birthday)
    2. Hire/Start date

    -These fields should be Site Optional (Admins decide if they want them)
    -Admins need the option to set these fields as required or optional.
    -The admin should be able to lock these fields so the User can't change it (hire/start date).
    -Need the ability to set this info as Private (managers, admins and the user can see it); maybe only the user and Admins can see it.

  8. Create a User ID Contact sheet

    In the Card Format of User production, there are weird gaps in the formatting. It would be nice to also be able to have a printer friendly version of it to give out to people.

  9. Add the ability to share a File with multiple productions, but not with ALL Productions.

    As a Manager or Admin, I would like the ability to upload a single file to multiple Productions. I would like to be able to pick the productions that I share it with, not just share it with "All Productions."

    Currently when share with "All Productions" the file is shared with All current, and future productions. This is not the option I am looking for.

  10. Add a sort option for the inventories "Card View"

    It would be helpful is the user can choose how to view the items. Sort by:
    -Item number
    -Item name
    -Date entered
    -Date acquired
    -Date last modified

    Search Bar would be nice that allows you to find every entry with a keyword no matter it's type (Call Entry, Discussion Board, Announcement)

  12. As a Manager/Admin, I would like a button on the "User Profile" page that allows me to save a change move to the next User in the list.

    This would be especially when you have number of people returning; and you need to assign everyone to new productions and roles.

  14. Add the ability to assign ALL current and future production users to a Discussion.

    This would allow new users to be added as Discussion participants, without needing to edit the users.

  18. Keep Me Logged in/New Password issue.

    When Resetting a user's password, the system should disengage the "Keep me logged in " setting. We need to make sure people are not getting trapped with the new password.
