Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

  1. Add the ability for a user to choose which Tab will be the first page after Login.

    The user can choose a Tab other than the Homepage to be the default landing page.

    ex: When I login to my VirtualCallboard account, I want to be first taken to the schedule.

  2. Need the ability to add Maintenance notes to an item in the inventory

    Add Maintenance notes:

    -Without editing the whole item and "Adding History"
    or
    -Checking it out to Maintenance.

  3. Check multiple items -out by scanning the QR code (like a shopping cart).

    Add a "Multiple Item" Check -Out mode

    1) Set up the cart: Select the User, Production, and Return date.

    2) Scan the QR code of the desired item.
    a) Have a "Confirm" option appear. [Add to Cart/Next] [Add to Cart/Go to Check Out]
    [Ignore/Return to Scan].
    b) If the item has a quantity greater than one, prompt the user to decide how many
    they would like to check out.

    3) Once the [Add to Cart/Go to Check Out] is selected, display a list of all of the selected items. and the details of who the list is being Checked Out…

  4. Change the Availability Page/ "Manage Conflicts"

    Allow the page to show/compare the conflicts of more than one user at a time.

  8. Add additional navigation items to the "User Profile" Edit page

    Currently there is only a [Save} button on the profile edit page. The user must click on the Administration navigation bar to exit the user's profile.

    -To improve workflow, add two new buttons:
    [Save] [Save and Return to List] [Cancel]

    -The [Save] button should remain the primary option with the blue fill color.The other options should have the typical gray fill color.

  9. User Admin page: Convert the Edit and Deactivate buttons to icons

    The [Deactivate] button is larger than the edit, the change could improve the look of the page.

  10. I would like an Audition feature that would allow users and guests to signup for slots.

    I was hoping the system would do is allow us to schedule audition times - a huge need for our company - it would be great to have an audition module where people could login with a temporary code and signup for an audition and enter their contact info. Anyone who is cast could be added to a production, and you could either delete everyone else, or download their names to migrate into your mailing list.

  11. Link one or more Reports to one or more Calls

    It would be useful to be able to go into a call and see the reports associated with that call. It would also be nice to go into the reports and be able to link directly to the calls they were associated with.

    It would be great to have the attendance records, auto fill.

  12. Have the ability to set called users to a "Not Required" state.

    This setting would be good for inviting Designers to a run that they do not have to attend.

  13. As a Manager, I would like the ability to send out a Meeting request

    I want the ability to send a meeting request which the invitees have the ability to respond with yes or no I can attend. (This is different than an Open Call)

  14. Change a batch of calls all at the same time

    It would be really helpful to change select and change multiple existing calls all at the same time. For instance, if I need to add someone to or adjust the time of every Tuesday rehearsal right now, I have to change them one by one, which takes a long time.

  15. Have the ability to link Actor and Characters names to an item.

    Especially in a University or Professional setting where you get to know the performers, it would be valuable to have something along the lines of "wearer history", by performer name or by being able to link measurement sheets. There are so many times when searching for the right garment you make connections of, "oh, this person wore it- then this person can wear it".

  16. Saving Notes as Drafts

    It would be great if there were a way to save drafts of Notes before they are sent out. As it currently is when you open a note, if you click out of the popup, it gets rid of your progress. If it saved the draft (either automatically or manually by the user), it would be extremely helpful.

  20. Direct messaging from their profile.

    Add the ability to send a message to a User from their profile info page.
