Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

  2. It would be nice to have two address lines, like shipping companies use.

  3. Add the option of setting a reminder to send an email/text reminder for calls at a specified period of time before the start time.

    This would allow the Manager the ability to set the reminder time based on their desired warning time.

    Currently we are working on the VirtualCallboard app. The app has a notification that sounds 15 min. before the call’s start time.

    We hope that the app will be out by mid-August.
