Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

  1. I would like an Audition feature that would allow users and guests to signup for slots.

    I was hoping the system would do is allow us to schedule audition times - a huge need for our company - it would be great to have an audition module where people could login with a temporary code and signup for an audition and enter their contact info. Anyone who is cast could be added to a production, and you could either delete everyone else, or download their names to migrate into your mailing list.

  2. Link one or more Reports to one or more Calls

    It would be useful to be able to go into a call and see the reports associated with that call. It would also be nice to go into the reports and be able to link directly to the calls they were associated with.

    It would be great to have the attendance records, auto fill.

  3. Have the ability to set called users to a "Not Required" state.

    This setting would be good for inviting Designers to a run that they do not have to attend.

  4. As a Manager, I would like the ability to send out a Meeting request

    I want the ability to send a meeting request which the invitees have the ability to respond with yes or no I can attend. (This is different than an Open Call)

  5. Change a batch of calls all at the same time

    It would be really helpful to change select and change multiple existing calls all at the same time. For instance, if I need to add someone to or adjust the time of every Tuesday rehearsal right now, I have to change them one by one, which takes a long time.

  6. Have the ability to link Actor and Characters names to an item.

    Especially in a University or Professional setting where you get to know the performers, it would be valuable to have something along the lines of "wearer history", by performer name or by being able to link measurement sheets. There are so many times when searching for the right garment you make connections of, "oh, this person wore it- then this person can wear it".

  7. Saving Notes as Drafts

    It would be great if there were a way to save drafts of Notes before they are sent out. As it currently is when you open a note, if you click out of the popup, it gets rid of your progress. If it saved the draft (either automatically or manually by the user), it would be extremely helpful.

  8. Delete more than one conflict at a time

    Allow a user to select multiple conflicts (or select all conflicts) and delete them.

    It would be nice if there was an advanced search option for searching the entered descriptions of files.

    Allow users to reply to TXT/SMS messages and have the responses aggregated as part of the discussion on VCB.

  11. Direct messaging from their profile.

    Add the ability to send a message to a User from their profile info page.

  14. Who's who in my Production

    To avoid repetition, the provision of a "family tree of hierarchy " for the production that interactively searches the User data and allows the selected Devils to be posted on the "Tree". If selected as a Home page, the user could use it to tap/click-to-message person(s) swipe a particular person to see their schedule, contact details etc, tap to dial a number, review their profile etc. Just pictographing yet an otherwise arduous task of trawling through the contacts to see who the Producers are, or the Company Physio etc. All levels can click to add/delete and hovering over the HoDs…

  15. Fillable PDFs

    There should be the ability to add fillable pdf's that upon log-in to your account, the administrator can make it mandatory that the form be completed and submitted. Example: The SM has now created the photo release and needs everyone to sign in, so as opposed to printing 50 copies, he/she posts it to the callboard and the next time anyone logs in, they will be asked to complete it then and there with a digital signature.

  17. Add the ability to set a repeat function for the "Printer" view of a Report's production and title

  18. Customize VCB Reports with footer/header.

    If there was an option for custom text to be entered in a header/footer section such as a disclaimer or message that may need to go out with certain reports, page numbers, etc., that would be great!

  19. Consider having an option to show the end time of Calls, Month view.

    Perhaps it would be a toggle on function that each user had on their Schedule View, or a site parameter they could choose.

  20. Add the ability for an Admin to customize the info that is displayed on the Item's Card View

    As an Admin, I want to be able to determine (pick and choose) the info that is shown on the Card view. Some options are:
    -ID#
    -Category
    -Quantity Available #/# (similar to the detail view)
