Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

  1. Add a Request a Reservation workflow (request use of an Item)

    Add the ability for assigned users to "Request" a reservation.
    -Automatically check the quantity availability during the desired duration of the dates of checkout.
    -Requesting the Item, sets the item(s) as "Reservation Pending" -this means the item(s) is NOT available during the specified period of time.
    -The Category's manager(s) should receive notification of the request.
    -The Manager can then approve or deny the request.
    --"Approved" Reserves the item(s) and notifies the requester.
    --"Denied" notifies the requester and makes the item available during the requested time.

  2. Image Headers for Rehearsal Reports

    Customizable Headers for Rehearsal Reports! We are required to include the UA Theatre and Dance Header for legality in our department, but right now there is no way to do so online. This is keeping us from fully switching over from g-mail and google drive. Also, custom notifications??

  3. Keep Me Logged in/New Password issue.

    When Resetting a user's password, the system should disengage the "Keep me logged in " setting. We need to make sure people are not getting trapped with the new password.

  4. Add a Video viewer to VCB

    It would be useful if there was a video viewer in VCB. This would be similar to the PDF and Image viewers.

  5. On Contact sheets: have the User's name linked to the profile page.

    Users with the Permission to edit Other's Profiles, should be able to access the profiles from the contact sheet.

  6. On the User's profile page: Add the ability to also manage a user's assignment to Receive the message to Management/Notifications.

  7. It would be nice if clicking on the parent folder would automatically reveal the specific sub-folders.

    When a user clicks on the main folder "Production Designs, you would like the sub-folder list to automatically expand.
    -It would expand to show the "Sets" folder without clicking the arrow.
    -If the user clicked the open arrow, the sub-folders would be hidden.

  8. Assign groups by roles (in addition to by contact), so that you can assign groups pre-casting.

    I would love to be able to make assignments to groups by roles, so that I can fill out groups pre-casting.

  9. Include names of recipients in sent messages

    When sending Notes and Discussions, it would be good to have an option for including the names of who the note was sent to so the recipients can know who else got the note.

  11. Add a permission that allows a user to view other indivdual's Schedule.

    As a user with this permission, I would have to option to choose a specific user to view:
    1) All of their calls in a specific production. If I have the Admin "Show All Productions" permission, I should be able to see all of their calls.
    2) All of their Conflicts.

  12. Add the ability to send a user a digest of their upcoming Calls

    The request we have heard is; as a Manager:
    A Manager would like to send out a digest list of specified Users' scheduled Calls. This would be a list of calls for a specific date.

    *Would you like the option to "Schedule" the time to email the desired users at a specific time?

  18. Add the ability to required a user to enter a phone number

    It would be nice to have the option to require at least one primary phone number from each user. It would be nice if it was required during the first time login.

  20. Make the calendar searchable

    I would like to be able to search for specific items on the schedule so that if they get moved (or I put the wrong date in to start with and then can't find it) they are easy to find and edit.
