Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  1. It would be nice if clicking on the parent folder would automatically reveal the specific sub-folders.

    When a user clicks on the main folder "Production Designs, you would like the sub-folder list to automatically expand.
    -It would expand to show the "Sets" folder without clicking the arrow.
    -If the user clicked the open arrow, the sub-folders would be hidden.

  2. Assign groups by roles (in addition to by contact), so that you can assign groups pre-casting.

    I would love to be able to make assignments to groups by roles, so that I can fill out groups pre-casting.

  3. Include names of recipients in sent messages

    When sending Notes and Discussions, it would be good to have an option for including the names of who the note was sent to so the recipients can know who else got the note.

  5. Add a permission that allows a user to view other indivdual's Schedule.

    As a user with this permission, I would have to option to choose a specific user to view:
    1) All of their calls in a specific production. If I have the Admin "Show All Productions" permission, I should be able to see all of their calls.
    2) All of their Conflicts.

  6. Add the ability to send a user a digest of their upcoming Calls

    The request we have heard is; as a Manager:
    A Manager would like to send out a digest list of specified Users' scheduled Calls. This would be a list of calls for a specific date.

    *Would you like the option to "Schedule" the time to email the desired users at a specific time?

  12. Add the ability to required a user to enter a phone number

    It would be nice to have the option to require at least one primary phone number from each user. It would be nice if it was required during the first time login.

  14. Make the calendar searchable

    I would like to be able to search for specific items on the schedule so that if they get moved (or I put the wrong date in to start with and then can't find it) they are easy to find and edit.

  15. Add the ability to import/display the standard US holidays. This would b similar to the ones displayed by Google.

  16. Add the ability to create StageStock reports on all aspect of inventory

    Reporting on different fields such as:

    Category
    Condition
    Overall Inventory report with cover images
    Item History report with details such as:
    Date checked out (Done)
    ---On the ITEMS CHECKED OUT tab; give a list of the items checked out, you can see/sort/filter by this date.

  17. Prevent users from adding conflicts

    Add the ability for the Site admin to turn off the Conflict Feature.
    Hide:
    -"Add Conflict" button
    -Hide "Conflict" call type from the site filter

  18. Add the ability to change the locations, of multiple items, at one time

    As a manager it would be nice to globally change locations of items that are being moved all at once?

  19. Add the ability to set a new "Temporary" Location. Need to save the original location, so it can be returned.

  20. Windows keeps going back to page 1 in lists

    I was using the system and I realized that when using a windows machine with any browser (Chrome, IE, Firefox), when I am looking at a page in File Sharing, Inventory, etc, when I close a window or hit the back button it automatically sends me to page one of the listing. However, on an Ipad or Iphone if I am viewing a file or item on page three of those lists, when I exit the file view it returns me to the last page of the list I was looking at. It would be infinitely helpful and less frustrating…
