Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. As a Manager/Admin, I would like a button on the "User Profile" page that allows me to save a change move to the next User in the list.

    This would be especially when you have number of people returning; and you need to assign everyone to new productions and roles.

  3. Add the ability to assign ALL current and future production users to a Discussion.

    This would allow new users to be added as Discussion participants, without needing to edit the users.

  4. Ability to Reply-by-email, where replying to the email notification for a discussion post would automatically add a reply to that thread.

    Export the info as Text would be even better because I could copy and paste easier into excel.

    Calendar Import - I rough out my calendars in Outlook. Be great to be able to import calendars.

    We are looking for more details on how each organization’s site might use this feature:

    1. What would you want to import from?
    2. What amount/type of information would you expect VirtualCallboard to import?
    3. How often do you want it o import?
    3a. Would it be a manual import?
    3b. Would you want to it to be a frequently scheduled import?

  12. Send a notification email/text/notification for calls at a specified period of time before the start time.

    This would allow the Manager the ability to set the reminder time based on their desired warning time.

    Currently we are working on the VirtualCallboard app. The app has a notification that sounds 15 min. before the call’s start time.

    We hope that the app will be out by mid-August.
