  1. Consider Adding the ability to Move multiple items to a different Location/Position.

    -Go to Inventory > Search and Check Out > List View
    -Select the boxes next to the Items you would like to move to a different Location/Position.
    --Notice there is no way to move items to different Location/Position. (You must edit each item individually and change the Location/Position and save the change.

    As a Manager of certain Categories, I would like the option to move more than one item at a time to a different Location/Position,

  3. Add the ability to export my inventory lists into a CSV, or a PDF.

    This listing would list ID number, Name, Quantity, Category, Replacement value, date acquired, and maybe the location.

  5. Notes: Add a VirtualCallboard-Production permission option to prevent the user from sending a Note on the Notes & Email

    This would allow the site admin to regulate which users (by Production) can send notes to general users.

    All users would still have access to the [Message to Manager] button on the dashboard.

  6. Consumables

    Create a special type of item "consumable". This type of item would have the ability to be "stock' and "pull' specific quantities from the items. It would be different from checking out.

    This would be things like earplugs, screws, gels, etc. The quantity going out is not necessarily intended to be returned. It will, however, be restocked with new. There should be a cost value recorded when it is stocked, and the option to count the cost going out.

  8. Relocate the [Delete Report] button

    Remove the [Delete Report] button from the view report page.

    Move the button to the Edit Report page. This will be similar to the Call Delete work flow.

  11. Need to improve the text to background color relationship

    Some of the background colors have white text, even when the background color is lighter.

  12. Default call types viewed in schedule

    As a manager, there should be a way to change which calls types show up automatically when I look at the schedule. For example, I would like the default view of the schedule to not contain my crew's conflicts. When there are a lot of conflicts, it takes a while for them to load. I have to wait for the conflicts to load and then I can turn them off, but it would be nice if they didn't have to load in the first place.

  13. Add the ability to checkout a reservation from the item page.

    We are adjusting the Reservation feature to allow the bundling of multiple items under one collection a "Named Reservation."

    -We are looking into how to best implement this with the new feature.

  14. Add the ability to BULK edit reservations from the "Reservation" report page

    This would allow the editing of multiple reservations at the same time.
    - Consider how to handle reservations with different:
    Need by Dates, Need Until Dates, Available Quantities during the time frame, users reserving, productions.

  16. Building calls, adding people to calls that don’t create conflicts

    Building calls, adding people to existing calls with a different call time, reflect it in the roll sheet.

    Say, you have a rehearsal from 6-10. Five actors are called at the top, three more are added at 7:30, the whole cast is called at 8:30. Make this an option within the call, and when you print the roll, it has it all on one page, broken into call times.

  17. Connect user account to external source (Google, Facebook, etc.)

    It would be nice if the user account could be tied to an external account - SSO/OAUTH type thing. Let them log in with their Google or Facebook account for example. That could make registration easier and be one less password for someone to manage.

  19. It would be good to have a shorter version of a daily call when printing.

    Because we don't want people in rehearsal checking their phones for the next call is there a way to have the printed version of a daily call formatted to take up fewer pages?

  20. Add season calendar.

    It would be great if we could look at a year long gant chart of the season. Not a new idea just adding it to the list for documentation.
