Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  1. Have the ability to set called users to a "Not Required" state.

    This setting would be good for inviting Designers to a run that they do not have to attend.

  2. Change a batch of calls all at the same time

    It would be really helpful to change select and change multiple existing calls all at the same time. For instance, if I need to add someone to or adjust the time of every Tuesday rehearsal right now, I have to change them one by one, which takes a long time.

  3. Delete more than one conflict at a time

    Allow a user to select multiple conflicts (or select all conflicts) and delete them.

  5. Add the ability to search for Availability based on Groups.

    As a Manager, I would like to:
    Search for the Availability of Groups of users, without having to select each user individually.

  8. Schedule: COLOR codes for Productions & Spaces

    Add the ability to switch between Color Code viewing

  9. Send a notification email/text/notification for calls at a specified period of time before the start time.

    This would allow the Manager the ability to set the reminder time based on their desired warning time.
