Calendar Import - I rough out my calendars in Outlook. Be great to be able to import calendars.

1. What would you want to import from?
2. What amount/type of information would you expect VirtualCallboard to import?
3. How often do you want it o import?
3a. Would it be a manual import?
3b. Would you want to it to be a frequently scheduled import? -

User Check-in for calls
Create a way for called users to be able to go on their respective callboard account and clock in.

Closing off conflicts and enabling a conflict approval workflow
Managers can define an open time for entering conflicts. After a specific date for any given production, the manager should be required to approve new conflicts when entered by users.

Consider having an option to show the end time of Calls, Month view.
Perhaps it would be a toggle on function that each user had on their Schedule View, or a site parameter they could choose.

Delete more than one conflict at a time
Allow a user to select multiple conflicts (or select all conflicts) and delete them.

Assign groups by roles (in addition to by contact), so that you can assign groups pre-casting.
I would love to be able to make assignments to groups by roles, so that I can fill out groups pre-casting.

Add the ability to send a user a digest of their upcoming Calls
The request we have heard is; as a Manager:
A Manager would like to send out a digest list of specified Users' scheduled Calls. This would be a list of calls for a specific date.*Would you like the option to "Schedule" the time to email the desired users at a specific time?

Add the ability to save filtered views of the schedule
The default calendar view shows ALL "Call Types" and "Spaces." If you want to narrow down to specific Calls and/or Spaces, you can adjust the filters. If I want the come back to that search, I will need to reset the filter every time.
Add the ability to save filtered views that I can come back to in the future.

Change a batch of calls all at the same time
It would be really helpful to change select and change multiple existing calls all at the same time. For instance, if I need to add someone to or adjust the time of every Tuesday rehearsal right now, I have to change them one by one, which takes a long time.

Make the calendar searchable
I would like to be able to search for specific items on the schedule so that if they get moved (or I put the wrong date in to start with and then can't find it) they are easy to find and edit.

Time picker for Attendance "Late" and "Left Early."
When a attendee is late or leaves early, have the option to select the time they left. The system can then calculate the amount of time they should be docked.

Add the option of setting a reminder to send an email/text reminder for calls at a specified period of time before the start time.
This would allow the Manager the ability to set the reminder time based on their desired warning time.
4 votesCurrently we are working on the VirtualCallboard app. The app has a notification that sounds 15 min. before the call’s start time.
We hope that the app will be out by mid-August.

Simple Availability Mark
Make it so that when you are building a call and are at the list of people to add to the call, put a mark on each person indicating if they are available for the entire time selected. As simple as a red or green dot next to their name based on the already selected dates and times. Then you could see the usual detail when you selected "Find Available Users".

Add the ability to search for Availability based on Groups.
As a Manager, I would like to:
Search for the Availability of Groups of users, without having to select each user individually.3 votesThis feature has been partially available fo a while now. The availability selector is now using the same user/departments/groups/roles selector are we use for adding users to the call.
The user selector is working, but we are still trying to get the other section’s selectors to sub-select the users.

It would be good to have a shorter version of a daily call when printing.
Because we don't want people in rehearsal checking their phones for the next call is there a way to have the printed version of a daily call formatted to take up fewer pages?

Dismissed early option for attendance
When entering attendance, I would like to ability to mark someone as Dismissed early (include time). I would also like the option for the system to subtract the time from total worked (Don't count it as unexcused). their working hours.

Free Calls need an indication showing that it is not an event to attend.
When looking at a Call that is set to "Free", add an indication to the Call Detail view that indicates the time is "Free."
