Improve the experience of viewing/reading Notes/Messages
Open the mail in another tab (or Modal), so you do not to have to scroll down to see it- maybe be able to customize what we see on the dashboard (opens up to show the message).

Create a living script that the Director and/or Stage Managers published notes would be available to the production's users.
Maybe a place to see director’s script or stage manger’s script for blocking notes, so if someone misses rehearsal, there is a way to get those

Quick Directors'/Managers' Notes
As a director, I would like a quick way to enter my notes into the system and specify which users or groups are to receive that note. Some kind of predictive text entry would be best so that during a tech or run I can quickly input a note, the quickly create a new line without taking my hands off the keyboard.
Maybe a tagging system to attach the users?

As an administrator:
I would like the ability to add custom fields to the User Profile record.

Add the Ability to add items, from a CSV, to the system
It would be great if there was a CSV template available so the user could upload a large number of items at one time.

Add the ability to move forward and back though the image files in the preview modal. Use the current list order.

Add the ability to save filtered views of the schedule
The default calendar view shows ALL "Call Types" and "Spaces." If you want to narrow down to specific Calls and/or Spaces, you can adjust the filters. If I want the come back to that search, I will need to reset the filter every time.
Add the ability to save filtered views that I can come back to in the future.

View Permissions
Add the ability (for a user with the add/assign permissions) to see what a Permission level can do from the assignment area. So the user doesn't have to edit the Type. It would be good to see the list of the tasks the role can do.

Add the ability for a site administrator to change the organizations default color of the organizations site.
Individual Site Admins could choose to change the Default Theme color of their specific VirtualCallboard/StageStock site session.

I need the ability to run a report of the Quantity of a specific set if items.
Need to be able to run report on the quantity in my inventory: Example.... I want to know how many ETC D40 LED PAR lights i have total in my lighting inventory.
Currently the only way I can find to figure that out is to search for the tag ETC D40

Prevent from adding a user twice.
When adding a new user, have the system search for existing users. This will help prevent adding a user twice. This should use the same logic that is used when adding users via CSV.

View Only
I Would like to have an option in File Share: A setting that allows me to choose to only allow users to "View Only" Images and PDFs. This would prevent them from downloading the specific files.
