Replies to Discussion should be named "Re:"+ Original Subject and not "Re":+ Name of original poster.
Replies to Discussion should be named "Re:"+ "Original Subject" and not "Re":+ Name of original poster.
ie: "Re: schedule change" is a way more helpful title than "Re: Pat Nims", especially if Pat Nims starts most of the discussions.
Note that VCB already uses "Re:"+ "Original Subject" on email notifications.

By design: On the discussion page each time a user replies to a post, the header for their reply is "re: . This allows the users to quickly tune into which person’s post you are replying to.

The Re:"+ "Original Subject" topic appears on the website discussion list, not on the emails.
