Adjust display option in contact sheets
When I select "Show By Group" - to see the groups I created - the ability for User's Roles to be selected under "More Options" to display can't be checked. I'd like to be able to do that.
1 voteWe reviewed this request and determined that it doesn’t fit in our sites architecture. At this time, there isn’t a way or us to accurately pair the groups/departments/and roles In his way.

Pin calls to the top of the day on the calendar
When I look at the Month or Week view, I would like Calls to be listed above all Conflicts.
Example: A call starts at 7:00pm, and several actors have listed a conflict for 6:30pm-7:15pm, so we have to scroll through all of the those conflicts before seeing the call.
2 votesThanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, this isn’t something we plan to implement. You can use the “Call type Filter” to exclude user’s conflicts.
*If Users have conflicts that are during a Call, the User’s conflicts show up on the Calls detail page.

I would suggest an undo button
so that if you mess up a call,you can undo it to get back to what the call was. Or maybe a way to recall what the calendar was before a certain date.

Is there a way to link the schedules of two or more VirtualCallboard site accounts.
The goal is to have the user's availability take into account the conflicts and calls from all linked sites.
User Story: I operate two Vcallboard systems with many of the same users. Is there a way to have their conflicts and calls cross-synced?

VCB calendar exports to google calendar
We import VCB calendars to our school and/or personal Google calendars. I've noticed that there doesn't seem to be a set time/interval when it updates. (at least once a day would be nice) . I've also noticed that it didn't remove from google calendar an event that was cancelled in VCB for at least a week or two. Could this be more consistent/efficient?

The site managers/admins can create virtual folders and upload these photos to the File Share feature, as is.

Default Permissions
We should add the ability to reset a a Permission type back to the Default settings.

Format for phones
When you send a note or a report from a phone (specifically Android) it removes all formatting and turns it into one paragraph. Would be great if the formatting could be fixed, would make it much easier to send a quick note.
Also, having a VCB App would be wonderful!
3 votesI understand your desire, but unfortunately the formatting can not be kept as part of a text message. We hope to offer an App at some point in the future.

Replies to Discussion should be named "Re:"+ Original Subject and not "Re":+ Name of original poster.
Replies to Discussion should be named "Re:"+ "Original Subject" and not "Re":+ Name of original poster.
ie: "Re: schedule change" is a way more helpful title than "Re: Pat Nims", especially if Pat Nims starts most of the discussions.
Note that VCB already uses "Re:"+ "Original Subject" on email notifications.
1 voteBy design: On the discussion page each time a user replies to a post, the header for their reply is "re: . This allows the users to quickly tune into which person’s post you are replying to.

We support 1-way synchronization only. (VirtualCallboard to 3rd party calendar)
We may support calendar import in the future for those who like to create calendars locally and then import them into VirtualCallboard.
Because VirtualCallboard scheduling has so many features that standard calendaring programs don’t support (groups, attendance, recurrences, open calls, etc) supporting a 2-way sync is technically infeasible.

Denote Fight/Music/Dance Captain
Is there a way to add a title to denote a Dance Captain, Fight Captain, or Music Captain within the User Enrollment?

Add the ability to Sync Scheduling items that the User is not Called/assigned to.
It would be great if you could sync more than just your own schedule with an external calendar. You could subscribe to spaces or call types and they would also sync.
