    HI Jason - Will be added to the road map anytime soon? Without it I still have to maintain facebook groups because VCB makes it too hard for people to reply. And then my company members say "Lets just use FB and drop VCB".

    This is currently my biggest communications bottleneck that prevents my teams from utilizing VCB. The majority of theater people use their phones way more than they use computers, and they need to be able to reply to discussions via email and text, because using VCB from a phone is a non-starter. At this point starting a discussion via VCB is counter-productive and encourages non-response.

    Really need this. Too many theater people don't sit at computers and we need to make replying to messages as easy as possible or else they won't do it.

    Might be better if the feature request was "Contact Sheet - save default fields".

    We are still looking for feedback from current users. We have listed several thoughts about how this task might be accomplished, and and we are waiting for user response.

    Once we get some feedback back from some users we will be able to determine how we will proceed. At this point there has not been much interest in this enhancement.

    We look forward to hearing from the users on how they would like a feature like this to work.

    All of these are great. Why has it been 11 months and nothing has happened? The schedule is the single most important content in VCB and it is one of the only things that requires two clicks to get to. Why is this?

    This would be nice to have. Show colors could be selected in production administration. Then when looking at the schedule, a user could toogle between Call Type, Production and Space color coding.

    We are looking for more details on how each organization’s site might use this feature:

    1. What would you want to import from?
    2. What amount/type of information would you expect VirtualCallboard to import?
    3. How often do you want it o import?
    3a. Would it be a manual import?
    3b. Would you want to it to be a frequently scheduled import?
