When uploading files that exceed the system's file size limit, add an error message/notification.

Please increase the file size limit to 50mb. 20 is too small for many set renderings, OCR and annotated scripts and marketing materials. If VCB is to be a one-stop shop for production communications, we need to be able to upload larger files. Otherwise we have to keep using Google groups, pinterest, and others for these discussions which dilutes the power of VCB.
