We are looking for more details on how each organization’s site might use this feature:
1. What would you want to import from?
2. What amount/type of information would you expect VirtualCallboard to import?
3. How often do you want it o import?
3a. Would it be a manual import?

Currently we are working on the VirtualCallboard app. The app has a notification that sounds 15 min. before the call’s start time.
We hope that the app will be out by mid-August.
The app is hit or miss when it comes to push notifications/ updates. Personally on the android side i need to go in and hit "refresh productions" to even see updates. Multiple students have complained they missed getting a call notification, even if they have the app download. Email helps, but txt/sms, with the details was a game changer for us.
