  1. Add option to View Main Picture on Inventory Report

    This feature is AMAZINGLY helpful for pulling inventory. However, adding the option to have the Main Picture on Inventory Report print on the Inventory would be massively helpful.

    The report is ideal for pulling from Storage, but for those of us with decent size warehouses, multiple items that are similar but not visually the same, and have lousy cell phone reception in the warehouse....having a thumbnail of the picture attached would save time and usability of the report.

  2. Is it possible to be able to attach a link under file sharing - for instance a video, or google doc...

    Would like to attach a link to working document (google sketch) or a video (youtube) but have them sorted and contained under file sharing.

  7. Image Headers for Rehearsal Reports

    Customizable Headers for Rehearsal Reports! We are required to include the UA Theatre and Dance Header for legality in our department, but right now there is no way to do so online. This is keeping us from fully switching over from g-mail and google drive. Also, custom notifications??

  8. Keep Me Logged in/New Password issue.

    When Resetting a user's password, the system should disengage the "Keep me logged in " setting. We need to make sure people are not getting trapped with the new password.

    It would be useful if there was a video viewer in VCB. This would be similar to the PDF and Image viewers.

  10. On Contact sheets: have the User's name linked to the profile page.

    Users with the Permission to edit Other's Profiles, should be able to access the profiles from the contact sheet.

  12. It would be nice if clicking on the parent folder would automatically reveal the specific sub-folders.

    When a user clicks on the main folder "Production Designs, you would like the sub-folder list to automatically expand.
    -It would expand to show the "Sets" folder without clicking the arrow.
    -If the user clicked the open arrow, the sub-folders would be hidden.

  17. Add the ability to required a user to enter a phone number

    It would be nice to have the option to require at least one primary phone number from each user. It would be nice if it was required during the first time login.

  18. Schedule a notification to go out at a future date/time

    Schedule "Notes & Emails" to go out on certain dates. This way I can schedule reminders of deadlines, to check their upcoming call dates and times, and etc.

    What do you think of having a dropdown at the top of the page, that allows the user to “Quick Add” things to the system.

    *This could be expanded to include:
    -Announcements
    -Discussions
    -Notes
    -Calls (remove from the dashboard)
    -Conflicts (remove from the Dashboard)
    -Upload File
    -File Report
    -Users
    -Productions

    [All based on the user’s permissions]

  20. Additional Item Navigation

    While "Viewing" or "Editing" items, it would be nice to be able to go to the next, or previous item.
