Respond/Reply to Reports: Adding the ability to in-line reply to a specific department on a specific report
This will allow the side conversations to be captured in reports/VCB.

I'm OK with the fact that Reply All messages would not be captured in reports/VCB. Just allowing for the ease of back and forth communication would be helpful.
At this time, just having this functionality for Reports would be sufficient.

Reply all is one of the most important features of an e-mail for my university so we are all able to see everyones though process. I agree that side conversations are lost without it so when it comes time for a meeting no one is on the same page. Not having a reply all feature is a bit worrisome. Hope we see a feature like this added soon!

It would be nice for staff who are sent a report can, when they reply to an email, send a response to everyone who was sent the report.
