Add the Ability to save User's Bios to their User Profile
As a user: I need a place to store a short biography of my accomplishments. I need the ability to say that I approve the bio for use.
As a Manager/Administrator: I need the ability to access and change a user's bio. I need the ability to mark that the bio has been approved. I also need a way to export a group of users' bios for use in the program.

The feature is up and running.
Each user can enter their bios on their Profile page.
Managers/Administrators can export users’ Bios to CSV from the Contact sheet page.
