The last person to change the call might be a useful thing to display on the call itself, and then if there were a capability to run a report that would pull all call changes since a certain time frame if desired, so that you have the ability to also go in depth to any changes.

The question we have is would the managers just want the last person who the Call, or a full change-log of all the changes and who made them?

Currently, if a change to a call is made (i.e. change from original call time), users receive an email that they have been added to a new call. This is confusing, and more clarified information in the email would be helpful.

Do you think you want to see a record of every time the call was edited, or just see the most recent time it was changed?
