Group and Department Management
It would be nice to have a way to manage Groups independent of the Add a Call. Perhaps Group Administration in the Administration dropdown? Likewise, it would be nice to be able to manage Departments independent of User Profiles.

This feature is live on all newly created sites. It is in limited release on current sites, we are working on moving all sites onto the new servers and code.
Managers and Administrators can currently manage Groups from any page that uses the groups feature. Like wise Departments have the same add/edit ability everywhere you can assign a Department to a User (Add a User-Production assignment, Production Administration-Manage Users, and the User edit page.

Any update on when there will be a central Group Management option? I just added a user that is working three shows. After adding the user I had to go find three different calls (one for each show) and then double click the call, edit the call, edit the groups, select the group, add the user to the group, save the group, save the call, and then select return to schedule. That's 8 screens times 3 to get the user on the schedule. It would have been super nice (faster and more logical) to be able to select group memberships when adding the user's production associations. Thanks!
