Calendar default option to Hide Conflicts in "All Calls" view.
In your default settings options for your calendar you should be able to choose the option of not seeing conflicts.

Can the Reservation selector be a field that allows typing into to find reservations? Like the production field?

This has been possible for a while now.
Admins can go to Site Administration>Schedule, set our desired default.

Image / Photo Editor for StageStock Item images
Need the ability to have a photo-orientation option? Add the ability to Crop and rotate the images.
-This could be similar to the editor feature on the user profile image.
3 votesWe added a comprehensive editor to the web browser. When you save the changes, they may not be visible right away in your browser because of the image caching.

I suggest adding a way to get to the last page of Data Table
I suggest adding a way to get to the last page. Right now there is no easy way to get to the last page. I want to see the new records that have been entered. Currently, I need to go to the highest number multiple times til I get to the last page. I can get there easier when using the list view but that's really not a solution. While I'm writing this adding a selection of how many items I would like to see would be good functionality.

Change the "Report Recipients" selection workflow.
It would be better if Report Recipients allowed us to select groups / departments that would update with user maintenance.

Ability to check in multiple items at once
Currently, you are able to check out multiple items at a time, but there isn't an option to check multiple items in at the same time. The ability to do this would save a lot of time in the check in process.

In the check in dialog, list each item being checked in.
—Users must check in all quantity that was check out (this may change in the future)
—Comments can be the same for all items being checked in. -
Make Call Notifications smarter
Monitor the changes that are being made, the react to that with special notifications.
Here are some of the things we are considering:
-This call was Canceled/Deleted
-When editing the notes or location of a call: Send an email notifying the Called Users of the changes.
-When editing an Open Call's date and/or time, send emails to the Call's users based on their status.
-You were removed from the call

Add Conflicts to Attendance Sheet
In "roll", list conflicts for an actor who is called. For instance, if an actor is called to a rehearsal, list "Conflict" next to their name, if they're called.

Now when you click on “Print Rolls”, if the user has a conflict at the time of the call a “C” will show up in the box next to their name. -
When adding or removing users from an existing call, it would be helpful to be able to notify the specific user(s) and not the entire call
As a Manager: When I add a user to an existing user to an existing rehearsal, I want to send a notification just to them. "You have been scheduled for..."
As a Manager: When I remove a user from an existing rehearsal, I want to send them a notification that they where removed from that rehearsal. "You have been removed from the scheduled ..."

Respond/Reply to Reports: Adding the ability to in-line reply to a specific department on a specific report
This will allow the side conversations to be captured in reports/VCB.

Allow the addition of individual Production Logos
Allow a Manager to upload a production logo. Allow the production logo to be attached to production documents such as:
- Reports
- Contact sheets

Add the ability to deactivate multiple users at the same time.
To help prevent accidental deactivation, this could be a setting that has to be turned on.

Export a list of StageStock items
The Ability to export inventory and to print.
Possibly export as a CSV file, however a quick PDF export could also come in handy if you just want to print something quickly and hand it to someone.

Email notifications when Open Calls are filled.
Each time a user signs up for an open call, send a message to the Manager(s) / Admin(s) of that call's production.

Add the ability to search for StageStock items by scanning a Barcode.
-I need the SS App to be able to pull up an item's info record by scanning a 2D barcode.
-Scanning should search the custom ID field and bring up the related item. Since custom ID field is unique, only one item can be found, or no items will be found.0 votesYou can now scan Barcodes
