Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.

  4. Allow adding items to a reservation after the need-by/pickup time has passed

    Multiple customers have independently requested this - currently items can't be added to a same-day reservation once the pickup/need-by time passes, even when it would still be valid to do so.

  5. Add a permission to limit reservation visibility to a user's own reservations

    Some users should only be able to see their own reservations rather than all reservations for a production.

  6. Reservations: Add the ability to make a comment on individual Items

    When I add an item to a reservation, I want the ability to add a specific comment "note" on each of the items.

    An example is to make a request to alter the item.

    1. Do you imagine this as an additional comment to the existing one that is attached to the reservation as a whole?
    2. Where is the hope to have these notes visible: In the item’s history section under the reservation? As an option for the reservation’s items detail list data table? Or both?
    3. Do you envision that this single item comment would default as an option when the item is checked out? If this is in addition to the current reservation comment, do you imagine that both comments would be available to the item when checked out? (The current system design defaults to keep the reservation’s comment as the comment for checkout. That can be changed as part of the checkout workflow).
