Add the ability to save User profile photos as full size (full resolution) files.
Create an export of the User's Profile images so they can be used for publicity and other items.

Have a site parameter that prevents "Managers" from editing Calls that they did not enter.
This would mean that Managers could only edit Calls that they created. They would not be able to edit calls that other managers or Administrators created.

1) Add / Edit / Delete All Calls (Managers/Administrators)
2) Add / Edit / Delete My Calls (You could create a custom permission Role to give this permission).

Add a dropdown list of the existing "Tags" being used in the system
As a user entering new inventory items, I would love a drop down list for tags in the Inventory so I can select the best possible one already created or create a new one (to keep us from having "audio" and "sound"). I still want to be able to enter new tags.

-Add/Edit Item page
-Item view Add/Edit Tags section
-Advance Search fieldIt still allows the Creation of new “Tags.”
These fields also support Auto Filtering. -
Add a field to the "User's Profile" page that allows them to enter a Stage/Program name.
As the person that does the programs, I would like a place for everyone to list the name that they want listed in the program. This could be added to the Profile page above the "Bio" field.

Add the ability to Edit the Folder location of an existing "Shared Files".
As a user that shared a file, I would like the ability to go back and change the location of the file. I would like to not have to delete then reload the file.

User selection for calls
It would be helpful if there was an option to sort the users by either by first or last name.

Add Conflicts to Attendance Sheet
In "roll", list conflicts for an actor who is called. For instance, if an actor is called to a rehearsal, list "Conflict" next to their name, if they're called.

Now when you click on “Print Rolls”, if the user has a conflict at the time of the call a “C” will show up in the box next to their name. -
When adding or removing users from an existing call, it would be helpful to be able to notify the specific user(s) and not the entire call
As a Manager: When I add a user to an existing user to an existing rehearsal, I want to send a notification just to them. "You have been scheduled for..."
As a Manager: When I remove a user from an existing rehearsal, I want to send them a notification that they where removed from that rehearsal. "You have been removed from the scheduled ..."

This feature is live on all newly created sites. It is in limited release on current sites, we are working on moving all sites onto the new servers and code.

On the schedule page, there is a new filter for Users. You can now filter to just a single user’s schedule in any schedule view (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.)

Add Conflicts to Calendar
We need to be able to see conflicts on the schedule. When creating a master rehearsal schedule it's not feasible to always use the Add Call function. Sometimes we need to be able to see ALL conflicts on the calendar for master planning & scheduling.

Current system functions:
-A user sees all of their CALLS and their CONFLICTS in the schedule (“My Call” default).
-When a user selects “All Calls,” the site continues to show all of their CALLS & CONFLICTS, then also shows everyone else’s CALLS. Other’s CONFLICTS are NOT shown. (There are no restrictions based on user levels.)
-CONFLICTS can be filtered out of the Schedule, through the Call Type Filter.

Add the Ability to save User's Bios to their User Profile
As a user: I need a place to store a short biography of my accomplishments. I need the ability to say that I approve the bio for use.
As a Manager/Administrator: I need the ability to access and change a user's bio. I need the ability to mark that the bio has been approved. I also need a way to export a group of users' bios for use in the program.

We recently released the ability to publish a contact sheet to the whole production company. Please try it out under the “Contact Sheets” tab.
We are still taking feedback and improving this feature, so let us know if you run into any issues.

Add the ability to add groups (temporarily, without users). Those groups should be visible on the Call detail page.
This will allow a manager to create calls that have assigned groups even before the users have been hired. They would then be able to add the users in, once they are hired.

Convert the add/edit/delete Groups workflow. Use checkboxes to select the Users.
The user/group picker should show users in context of their groups

Add a Reservation System
Add the ability for a "Category's" manager to reserve items.
-Automatically check the quantity availability during the desired duration of the dates of checkout.

Add: Site Administrator option to set the Discussion's "Send Notification" to Default "On" or "Off"
As a Site Administrator, I want to be able to enable the "Send Notification" as the default.
