File Share: Change the way Files are associated to users, add more flexibility.
Currently, Files can only be shared with Departments.
Add the ability to Share files with Roles, Groups, Departments.
We are currently not looking at assigning specific "Users" to the files, but we are assigning "Roles"

This feature is live on all newly created sites. It is in limited release on current sites, we are working on moving all sites onto the new servers and code.
