Sort items alphabetically on the mobile app
The table view on web is able to be sorted alphabetically. Add the ability to sort the list view on the app similarly.

Add the ability to get the user's contact information from the Items Checked out page.
When I am on the Items Checked Out Report page, I would like the ability to quickly get the contact information of the user that the items are checked out to.
*StageStock only sites don't have a way to search for site user's contact information.

Add a Weekly view of the schedule to the VIrtualCallboard Mobile app
It would be nice to see a week at a glance, or something more than just one day at a time.

User Check-in for calls
Create a way for called users to be able to go on their respective callboard account and clock in.

Add a Request a Reservation workflow (request use of an Item)
Add the ability for assigned users to "Request" a reservation.
-Automatically check the quantity availability during the desired duration of the dates of checkout.
-Requesting the Item, sets the item(s) as "Reservation Pending" -this means the item(s) is NOT available during the specified period of time.
-The Category's manager(s) should receive notification of the request.
-The Manager can then approve or deny the request.
--"Approved" Reserves the item(s) and notifies the requester.

Check multiple items -out by scanning the QR code (like a shopping cart).
Add a "Multiple Item" Check -Out mode
1) Set up the cart: Select the User, Production, and Return date.
2) Scan the QR code of the desired item.
a) Have a "Confirm" option appear. [Add to Cart/Next] [Add to Cart/Go to Check Out]
[Ignore/Return to Scan].
b) If the item has a quantity greater than one, prompt the user to decide how many
they would like to check out.3) Once the [Add to Cart/Go to Check Out] is selected, display a list of all of the selected items. and the details of who the list is being Checked Out…

Send a notification email/text/notification for calls at a specified period of time before the start time.
This would allow the Manager the ability to set the reminder time based on their desired warning time.
4 votesCurrently we are working on the VirtualCallboard app. The app has a notification that sounds 15 min. before the call’s start time.
We hope that the app will be out by mid-August.

Need to improve the text to background color relationship
Some of the background colors have white text, even when the background color is lighter.
"The Background color turquoise has a font color that is white."

Add season calendar.
It would be great if we could look at a year long gant chart of the season. Not a new idea just adding it to the list for documentation.

Add the ability to create StageStock reports on all aspect of inventory
Reporting on different fields such as:
Category
Condition
Overall Inventory report with cover images
Item History report with details such as:
Date checked out (Done)
---On the ITEMS CHECKED OUT tab; give a list of the items checked out, you can see/sort/filter by this date.

Date check in

Add the ability to list the users that are auditioning, and give them a score.
Audition tab where audition info per auditionee can be listed, as well as a scoring system in place and ideas from directors listed

We are looking at changing the web detail page as part of the new App layout.

Prevent from adding a user twice.
When adding a new user, have the system search for existing users. This will help prevent adding a user twice. This should use the same logic that is used when adding users via CSV.

Attendance notification
Add site option for attendance:
When I enter the attendance, I want the system to automatically email sent user that was not on time, or marked Left Early.Maybe this is a send notification check box, like on Post discussion Reply.

Need to be able to add Contacts to more than one Contact Type.
Add the ability to assign a "Vendor" to more than one "Contact Type."
Could it be converted to "Tags"?
