Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.

  2. As a Manager, I would like the ability to send out a Meeting request

    I want the ability to send a meeting request which the invitees have the ability to respond with yes or no I can attend. (This is different than an Open Call)

  3. Link one or more Reports to one or more Calls

    It would be useful to be able to go into a call and see the reports associated with that call. It would also be nice to go into the reports and be able to link directly to the calls they were associated with.

    It would be great to have the attendance records, auto fill.

  4. Have the ability to set called users to a "Not Required" state.

    This setting would be good for inviting Designers to a run that they do not have to attend.

  5. Add notes to Inventory items

    It would be great to have the ability to quickly add a note to an existing item.

  7. Customize VCB Reports with footer/header.

    If there was an option for custom text to be entered in a header/footer section such as a disclaimer or message that may need to go out with certain reports, page numbers, etc., that would be great!

  8. Add a Calendar to the Dashboard that bolds the dates that the user has scheduled Conflicts and Calls

    Things we are considering:
    -Display the current month on the dashboard
    -Shade out the days that have passed
    -Bold the days that have Calls and Calls that the user is scheduled for
    -Put a box around the current day's date, or fill the box with blue (similar to what we do with the current schedules, calendar picker
    -Each day's date links to that day.
    -Have the ability to change the month shown: <Previous< & >Next>

    We are still looking for feedback from current users. We have listed several thoughts about how this task might be accomplished, and and we are waiting for user response.

    Once we get some feedback back from some users we will be able to determine how we will proceed. At this point there has not been much interest in this enhancement.

    We look forward to hearing from the users on how they would like a feature like this to work.

  9. Consider having an option to show the end time of Calls, Month view.

    Perhaps it would be a toggle on function that each user had on their Schedule View, or a site parameter they could choose.

  10. Add two "Date Picker" fields to the User Profile page.

    As an Administrator, I would like the option to add date fields to the user profile page.

    1. Birthdate (Birthday)
    2. Hire/Start date

    -These fields should be Site Optional (Admins decide if they want them)
    -Admins need the option to set these fields as required or optional.
    -The admin should be able to lock these fields so the User can't change it (hire/start date).
    -Need the ability to set this info as Private (managers, admins and the user can see it); maybe only the user and Admins can see it.

  11. Add the ability to share a File with multiple productions, but not with ALL Productions.

    As a Manager or Admin, I would like the ability to upload a single file to multiple Productions. I would like to be able to pick the productions that I share it with, not just share it with "All Productions."

    Currently when share with "All Productions" the file is shared with All current, and future productions. This is not the option I am looking for.

  12. Add a sort option for the inventories "Card View"

    It would be helpful is the user can choose how to view the items. Sort by:
    -Item number
    -Item name
    -Date entered
    -Date acquired
    -Date last modified

  15. Add the ability to assign ALL current and future production users to a Discussion.

    This would allow new users to be added as Discussion participants, without needing to edit the users.

  16. Add the ability to export Discussions

    Export the info as Text would be even better because I could copy and paste easier into excel.

  18. Improve the experience of viewing/reading Notes/Messages

    Open the mail in another tab (or Modal), so you do not to have to scroll down to see it- maybe be able to customize what we see on the dashboard (opens up to show the message).
