Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

  1. Add the ability for a user to choose which Tab will be the first page after Login.

    The user can choose a Tab other than the Homepage to be the default landing page.

    ex: When I login to my VirtualCallboard account, I want to be first taken to the schedule.

  2. I would like an Audition feature that would allow users and guests to signup for slots.

    I was hoping the system would do is allow us to schedule audition times - a huge need for our company - it would be great to have an audition module where people could login with a temporary code and signup for an audition and enter their contact info. Anyone who is cast could be added to a production, and you could either delete everyone else, or download their names to migrate into your mailing list.

  3. Change a batch of calls all at the same time

    It would be really helpful to change select and change multiple existing calls all at the same time. For instance, if I need to add someone to or adjust the time of every Tuesday rehearsal right now, I have to change them one by one, which takes a long time.

  4. Have the ability to link Actor and Characters names to an item.

    Especially in a University or Professional setting where you get to know the performers, it would be valuable to have something along the lines of "wearer history", by performer name or by being able to link measurement sheets. There are so many times when searching for the right garment you make connections of, "oh, this person wore it- then this person can wear it".

  5. Saving Notes as Drafts

    It would be great if there were a way to save drafts of Notes before they are sent out. As it currently is when you open a note, if you click out of the popup, it gets rid of your progress. If it saved the draft (either automatically or manually by the user), it would be extremely helpful.

  6. Direct messaging from their profile.

    Add the ability to send a message to a User from their profile info page.

  7. Who's who in my Production

    To avoid repetition, the provision of a "family tree of hierarchy " for the production that interactively searches the User data and allows the selected Devils to be posted on the "Tree". If selected as a Home page, the user could use it to tap/click-to-message person(s) swipe a particular person to see their schedule, contact details etc, tap to dial a number, review their profile etc. Just pictographing yet an otherwise arduous task of trawling through the contacts to see who the Producers are, or the Company Physio etc. All levels can click to add/delete and hovering over the HoDs…

  9. Add the ability to set a repeat function for the "Printer" view of a Report's production and title

    It could be a print option.

  10. Search Bar

    Search Bar would be nice that allows you to find every entry with a keyword no matter it's type (Call Entry, Discussion Board, Announcement)

  11. As a Manager/Admin, I would like a button on the "User Profile" page that allows me to save a change move to the next User in the list.

    This would be especially when you have number of people returning; and you need to assign everyone to new productions and roles.
