Simple Availability Mark
Make it so that when you are building a call and are at the list of people to add to the call, put a mark on each person indicating if they are available for the entire time selected. As simple as a red or green dot next to their name based on the already selected dates and times. Then you could see the usual detail when you selected "Find Available Users".

User Filter and switching
Suggestion: Be Consistent in the filtering methods. For example in user administration the Table sorts last name then first name, but the Card view sorts by first name. Also when in a profile, allow admin/managers the ability to select edit user profile and select a different user from a listing instead of having to go to administration>user

Add the ability to add a quick not on an item. Or at least an option to add a note as history

Guardian accounts linked to user accounts
Currently guardians with multiple youth in a production have to log in and out multiple times to see each youth information. Would be beneficial to set up a Guardian account that allows individual user accounts to be associated with. The guardian can then add/edit address, phone, email, emergency contact info in one place that will apply for all linked accounts. Additionally guardian can manage individual conflicts, state name, bios, pictures from the one account.
Result allows family a single account to check/ manage everyone in production while production still has individual users in the production

Design auto-text inserts to reduce repetitive typing
It is a nightmare scrolling up and down in REPORTS . Can a "layout" option be included to allow full use of my desktop screen (NOT IN THE PRINTED OR FINAL VERSION) so `i could have say six Department Boxes visible at one time lessening the scrolling and increasing productivity .

We often need music directors to be able to listen to tracks, right now I have to put them in google drive with a sharing link in VC. Please set it up so mp3's can be played directly from VC

Consider Adding the ability to Move multiple items to a different Location/Position.
-Go to Inventory > Search and Check Out > List View
-Select the boxes next to the Items you would like to move to a different Location/Position.
--Notice there is no way to move items to different Location/Position. (You must edit each item individually and change the Location/Position and save the change.As a Manager of certain Categories, I would like the option to move more than one item at a time to a different Location/Position,

Relocate the [Delete Report] button
Remove the [Delete Report] button from the view report page.
Move the button to the Edit Report page. This will be similar to the Call Delete work flow.

Add the ability to checkout a reservation from the item page.
We are adjusting the Reservation feature to allow the bundling of multiple items under one collection a "Named Reservation."
-We are looking into how to best implement this with the new feature.

Add the ability to BULK edit reservations from the "Reservation" report page
This would allow the editing of multiple reservations at the same time.

Building calls, adding people to calls that don’t create conflicts
Building calls, adding people to existing calls with a different call time, reflect it in the roll sheet.
Say, you have a rehearsal from 6-10. Five actors are called at the top, three more are added at 7:30, the whole cast is called at 8:30. Make this an option within the call, and when you print the roll, it has it all on one page, broken into call times.

Add option to View Main Picture on Inventory Report
This feature is AMAZINGLY helpful for pulling inventory. However, adding the option to have the Main Picture on Inventory Report print on the Inventory would be massively helpful.
The report is ideal for pulling from Storage, but for those of us with decent size warehouses, multiple items that are similar but not visually the same, and have lousy cell phone reception in the warehouse....having a thumbnail of the picture attached would save time and usability of the report.

Is it possible to be able to attach a link under file sharing - for instance a video, or google doc...
Would like to attach a link to working document (google sketch) or a video (youtube) but have them sorted and contained under file sharing.
