Group names shouldn't persist
When adding members to numerous groups, it would be nice not to have to remember to refresh after every activity. Even if you click "Cancel" the name of the last Group you were working on persists in the name box of the next Group. If you save that Group with noticing the different name, the Group will be renamed to the previous Group and there will be duplicate Group names with different members.

I have tested this issue with Google Chrome, and I cannot replicate it. Every time I go to the ADD GROUP modal, the Title field is empty; even when I previously canceled out of a Group creation. Can you let me know if you are still having this issue? Also, please confirm the browser you are using.
