Custom Roles!
Consider having the current "permission" Templates: Viewer/Contributor/Manager/Administrator to be static roles. That way they are consistent from site to site. If a user wants to create special roles, they can make their own, and maybe start with a copy/duplicate of an existing "Role."
ex: I would like to create a modified Manager+ role.

The first release of the new permissions system will have static versions of the four existing permissions levels. You can also create your own roles.
