Add an auto-save to reports that are being worked on.
While a user is filing a Report, have the system save it to Drafts. every 5 minutes. There should be some sort of indicator that lets the user know that it have happened.

Add indications on the web contact sheet & CSV that indicates if a User has marked their contact info private.
When viewing a contact sheet:
-Show an icon next to all data that is marked as not visible for L1 & L2 users.
-When viewing an exported CSV, add "Private" next all data that is marked N, not visible for L1 & L2 users.1 vote -
Add the ability to search a User's profile for a specific past production.
It is difficult to find a specific assignment in the long list of a user's Archived Productions. I would like to be able to resort the list, or even have a search window.

Add the ability to attach notes to a users attendance entry
There should be a place that the Managers can enter a note to a user's attendance record if they are absent, late, or leaves early.

Add "Select All" / "Unselect All" buttons next to the user selectors.
These quick select/unselect buttons would be a great way to save time. They would be on the user selection areas when creating Notes, Discussions, and Calls.

Add a Dynamic Check to the Add/Edit Call window, that checks the availability of a space based on the Date and Times selected
When a user selects a Space, the system will look at the date & time selection
-If the space is available during the time period, a Checkmark icon should appear next to the Space field gear.
-If the space is not available during the time period, the No (Circle and slash) icon should appear next to the Space field gear.
-When the start & end date/time is changed, the system should dynamically check and update the status symbols.1 vote -
Add the fancy text editor to the Notes section of Calls.
By using the same text editor that is used in other places in VirtualCallboard, Managers will have more flexibility to attach specific details to their calls including links and lists.

Add the ability for a User to see the full details of a Call by hovering over it.
This would be a modal window that would pop up when you hold the mouse over the Call title. This would be useful in Month, Week, and Day views.

Add: the ability to Advanced Search Items based on the "Vendor"
As I search the inventory: I want to have the ability to limit my search to items purchased from a specific Vendor.
Only show Vendors in the list that are assigned to at least one item.

View Items: add the ability to set an Item's visibility as restricted.
As a Manager of a Category: I do not want everyone in a category to be able to view / see / access, all of the items. I want the ability to set some items as Private / Restricted. Items with this setting would only be visible to the users that have that have the view "Restricted" permission.

Add the ability to Delete a Conflict from the detail Modal
Currently, a user has to go to the Availability page to delete a conflict.
When a user clicks on one of their conflicts, from the Dashboard and/or their schedule, they should have the option of deleting it.

Add a time stamp that will show the date & time of the creation or last edit of a Call / Conflict
This will allow a user to see when a Call was added or edited. It will also allow Managers & Administrators to see when a user adjusted their availability.
