Add a Category drop down option to select all/deselect all.
This would help in narrowing down the search without going into the advanced search

Add the ability to add a "Call" by click on the day of the week.
It would be helpful if one could click on the day in a month view or time of day in week or day view and simply begin adding a call.
3 votesThis was completed some time ago, but we never marked it as resolved. You can now click on any date on a calendar view and the add call dialog will open if you have permission to add calls to the system.

Add a Report that shows all of the Items Checked Out to a Specific Production / User
I want a report that has the name of the show at the top, the dates, who is involved, the list of gear, the overall rental cost, etc. This can then be converted to a PDF and included in the paperwork package for the show.
This would be a Report that could be returned to, even once the items were returned.

Desperately need to limit who can add conflicts
We need a way to limit/prevent the levels below Manager from adding conflicts. We deal with a good number of volunteers and we need the managers to be able control tightly what "Public" conflicts are input as people load their own future conflicts in and then get upset in 3 weeks when they are told by the Manager that they cannot be absent.

Create functionality for scheduling future check out dates for items
Currently there is only functionality to check out items at that moment, and schedule a return date. I would find it more helpful to have a check out date (for future events) alongside a return date.

Limit the URL suffix in the user email, based on the subscription service
If a site only has StageStock, do not list the . VCALLBOARD extension.
If the site only has VirtualCallboard, do not list the . STAGESTOCK extension.

File Share: Change the way Files are associated to users, add more flexibility.
Currently, Files can only be shared with Departments.
Add the ability to Share files with Roles, Groups, Departments.We are currently not looking at assigning specific "Users" to the files, but we are assigning "Roles"

VirtualCallboard Reports: On the Emailed Reports, Bold the Heading for each section.
Making the section headers bolder, or shading the header box, could improve the readability of the report.

Add the StageStock "Item ID" field to the general search.
If a user puts the ID number in the search field, it would be helpful if it returned the item in the search.
+If users want to make sure they are only finding the item with that number as the ID, they can search in advance Search to narrow it down.2 votes -

On the Dashboard, add "Upcoming Calls" to the "Upcoming Conflicts" section on the Dashboard.
This will allow the user to see the next 10 things in their schedule, beyond tomorrow.

Improve VirtualCallboard the printability of Reports
When reports are printed, the size and spacing of the fields, in the two columns, can create an inefficient use of printable space.

Make Contact Sheets more user friendly / intuitive.
*When a user goes to the Contacts tab, immediately display the contacts for their selected production.
Since we are adding the ability to assign users to multiple Roles, and Departments, we are adding the ability to switch from different views, and sort orders.

Open Calls with assingments
It would be nice to be able to assign someone to an open call. EX: assign your master electrician, but allow the rest of the crew to use the open call feature.

Need the ability to store the Profile photo as a higher resolution file, to be used for printing.
We are trying to use the site as way to upload the Headshots for the cast members in which it is easily downloadable for producing print quality photos in a program.

Add a "Download" button to the Shared Files - Image Viewer
When in File Share: I click the [View] button, it opens the mage in a popup modal. It would be great if there was a button in the modal that allowed me to download the image, if it was one I wanted.
Currently I have to close the modal, then wait for the page to refresh before I can click the [Download] button.

Allow manager level users to 'View All Active', but not edit productions to which they aren't assigned
In my Department we have several spaces and several productions running concurrently. While some of our spaces are dedicated to productions that will present in them, 2 of our spaces are 'wild cards' in that they are available to any of the 4 shows we are currently rehearsing. The trouble arrises when the SM from show 1 has a wild card space booked, but the SM for shows 2, 3, and 4 can't see the booking unless I have added them as a user for show 1.
