If you edit a call, the “Assigned Users” do not change. Even with Open Calls, the site remembers the users that wers invited, and if the accepted/were signed up for the call.
Is there something else you are looking for? If so, can we get more details?

This item is planned for an upcoming redesign of our attendance feature.
An error occurred while saving the comment Chrissy Dickens commentedOur production includes minors that do not necessarily have regular access to their account. A means that user could be assigned a QR Code and a production staff member could scan the codes for sign in and Sign out. Additionally the ability to assign it to a parent so that a staff can scan the user and the parent to record a minor arrived and what adult they arrived/left with

Current edit call makes you go through the same three screens as input. This makes editing time consuming. A user cannot just update the time or venue of a call, or cannot just add or remove people to a call, or simply change a call from draft to active. Each screen takes time to load and when you have several calls to update it can be extremely time consuming
