Allow different user levels / permissions per production.
Allow each user to have a different user level for each production they are in.

Group names shouldn't persist
When adding members to numerous groups, it would be nice not to have to remember to refresh after every activity. Even if you click "Cancel" the name of the last Group you were working on persists in the name box of the next Group. If you save that Group with noticing the different name, the Group will be renamed to the previous Group and there will be duplicate Group names with different members.

Group and Department Management
It would be nice to have a way to manage Groups independent of the Add a Call. Perhaps Group Administration in the Administration dropdown? Likewise, it would be nice to be able to manage Departments independent of User Profiles.

Managers and Administrators can currently manage Groups from any page that uses the groups feature. Like wise Departments have the same add/edit ability everywhere you can assign a Department to a User (Add a User-Production assignment, Production Administration-Manage Users, and the User edit page.

Better step-by-step instructions
I find myself spending entirely too much time trying to find solutions to what should be simple procedures. For instance, I had to fumble around to figure out how to create a report from a template without sending a copy to my entire production team. When creating a report from a template, there should be a button available to create a new report from the template. To me "File Report" means you're filing the report before it's been completed.

User Levels & Titles
I'm finding that, as I add users, there are limited options for Department Heads between levels 1-4. I imagine another the title "Department Head" could be added on Level 2 or 3?

Add "Select All" / "Unselect All" buttons next to the user selectors.
These quick select/unselect buttons would be a great way to save time. They would be on the user selection areas when creating Notes, Discussions, and Calls.
